Worst group of realtors. I'd rather have a root canal done by a used car salesman than list a house…read morewith them. One of the owners is a bully. I had called from my job one day to ask a question about listing fees and blocked my number because I didn't want sales people calling me. Somehow the owner not only got my number but got my name and address as well as other family members info and called me back and wouldn't let me off the phone. I had to hang up on him. They listed a house for my parents and never once even did an open house! For the listing fees they charge they did nothing! If you want to actually sell your house do not list with them. If you like to get bullied or feel like you're dealing with a used car salesman then they're your realtors.

Most recently both my son and daughter purchased their first beautiful homes from them. Sean Hough and Rich Bitzer have been helping my family for almost 40 years! We really appreciate their knowledge of the community and were impressed with the prompt communication and personal touch with each purchase. We have also always been pleased with the full service of the agency. All of my family used the mortgage company they recommended. We could not have asked for a more professional company. They have earned our trust and any future business moving forward Rich and Sharon Weeks

Hpm Property Management - This is the swamp. Been complaining about this for two years. Notice there's no hazard tape around it.

Thankfully, our attorney pushed them to review their own rules, which clearly state that subletting is not allowed--despite Cory and Mary both telling us it was permitted. It was obvious they were unaware of their own written policies. The experience was utterly incompetent, and they were nearly impossible to reach throughout the process. I never go out of my way to write a review, but this was infuriating enough to make me make sure word gets out.

They are effectively increasing our common charges by about 100% because of an incident that occurred years ago and has not been rectified. It was claimed that they cannot get reasonable insurance quotes because there is an open claim. If I were an insurance company and I saw that they have not been handling this issue properly, I would not want to offer insurance either. So at a community meeting addressing the large and rushed assessment, I held up a sign while everyone was leaving that said "fire corrupt management". As Dave from HPM walked up to me I stated "it's not personal". He then threatened to sue me personally for defamation of character. The management company serves at the pleasure of the homeowner, not the other way around.

Spoke with Damion on the phone, set up a time to meet on Saturday, which he agreed to. I made plans around that meeting and he canceled that day. We met another time in which I was able to give him the security deposit. Fast forward to move-in day. It was snowing and I had my father and brother come from out of town (Dad came from Salem, MA). I already gave Damion the security deposit and made the first month's payment online. A confirmation number was sent to me and the money was withdrawn from my account. Standing in the kitchen with Damion, my brother, and Father, he insisted I get a cashiers check. We agreed to meet at the Walmart down the road where I waiting in line over an hour to get the check. It was Dinner time and starting to get dark (Uhaul was sitll full..). After walking out of Walmart I don't see Damion. I call him and he tells me to meet him another 20min away because "I have four wheel drive" (in a dickish tone) - I meet him, give him the check and go back to the place to unload the uhaul. After unloading it came to our attention that the furnace hasn't been turned on, nor has the yard been picked up as we agreed. The company did credit me $150 for not following through on the yard clean-up. Next I was told to measure the air filter for Damion which I found extremely inappropriate. However, I did end up doing it. So that was all a month into the process. Now it's May, about 4 months into the lease and I have taken the liberty of doing yard cleanup (leaves, twigs, etc.) and also removed a large pile of trash (rusty metal, glass, even diapers..). I didn't feel comfortable with my dog using the area in that condition. I left this in a pile by the road for pick-up as per Damion's instruction. It's been a week and the only person that showed up wanted to see if there was anything of value (I could've saved him the time and tell him there wasn't). I've never met the owner before but from what I see, Pro Property Management's only function is dealing with the lease paperwork and taking payment. They did help me replace the dryer in the unit but they knew it was broken before I moved in and it was far from simple.. What do you think? Would you guys be happy with them? -**Response to Adrianne** - The clean-up then, and the clean-up now are different. If I was the landlord, I would be ecstatic that the tenant cleaned up some garage. See the picture as reference. I don't think it's fair to say you understand my frustration, because frankly you're not it.. I already sent a copy of this review to your email and not sure what else there is to discuss.
