I believe that dogs are allowed there year-round, though there weren't any dogs there during our visit. When the weather is better, dogs are also allowed on the outdoor patio. My friend and I were seated in a comfortable booth and were promptly greeted by our server. My friend is gluten and dairy free and our server was very knowledgeable on how to accommodate these sensitivities. We both ordered the Tuscan Chicken Entrees - I had mine with green beans and mashed potatoes; my friend's sides were broccoli and tater tots. Our server was overall appropriately attentive. My friend found the chicken entree too peppery and I found mine edible but on the edge of being too salty. The chicken was topped with artichoke hearts and feta, which could account for some saltiness. If I came here again, I would probably order something else. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant, though it's not anyplace I would run back to. It was a good experience overall, but not for foodies.
