So many pockets, so comfy, stretchy, flattering and fun! Bras, underwear, pajamas- all fabulously fun prints and super comfy/cooling! I also LOVE the sweaters from the winter season- I bought a couple of them and I have several jackets. Quality products across the board. I will mention- they just redesigned the shorts overalls and the material is slightly different and they messed with the pockets- I hope they listen to their customer base and give back the original pockets and material, but they are still super cute! Overalls tend to run big, but the new design of short overalls are true to size.** Important info I went to a pottery convention earlier this year and Duluth Trading Co overalls were everywhere! I had forgotten about it until they popped up as an ad on my IG and I hadn't even thought about new overalls in months! But they had a great Mother's Day sale going and as a new customer- I got extra off. I ordered online and John mentioned he thought there was one up at River City Marketplace. Today (Mother's Day) we were headed to the National Cemetery to visit mom and stopped into the store and I snagged a couple pairs of overall shorts. I tried them on and found out that I am a smaller size than what I ordered online! Great problem to have- but when they come in the mail I can exchange them at the store. I got the same deal as online because I signed up for their text message program and got an additional 20% off on top of the sale prices- woohoo. And John and I both enjoyed the store as a whole. We were offered assistance numerous time by various staff and one associate made sure I knew about the text savings. Our location here in Jacksonville is the only location in Florida too! Based out of the midwest, they have a location map located at the back of the store. John even read a bit of their company history and compared it to the tv show Outdoor Man with Tim Allen. Good, solid, American company. I will be back and I will be shopping more ;) **2023 Update- I have shopped even more and even got John to buy a few things. I am absolutely in love with a skirt I bought here and floored that the size that fit was a 10! For those who know me, I'm down a few sizes- lol. Then my jacket sleeves were too long and had to be hemmed by the onsite alterations person... this was the most unprofessional alteration I had ever seen, it was just rolled up, it looked terrible. The shirt was wrinkled when I picked it up. Again, the staff was very helpful and nice, but the rest of the process and quality just wasn't on point.

Moreover, I was still in the process of moving so I had few clothes that were not in boxes and heck they were still in the process of being delivered to where I was now living. Essentially, I didn't have enough clothes for this conference. I had enough pants, but not enough shirts. I stopped by Brooks Brothers to ameliorate this situation. I was helped by this cute Asian store employee. I told her my situation and she immediately got to helping me. Unfortunately, it seems the store has a problem with having clothes that are my size. She looked around and then in the back and found a few polo shirts that fit me. Thankfully, she found enough to last me thru the conference. They were a bit pricey, the only ones in my size were the more expensive polo shirts they had. No other choice but to take them... store should have a better selection for all sizes. Nevertheless, I got what I was looking for and I do have to say they look great on me. I guess that is ultimately what matters.

I went in to look for a carry on piece of luggage and thought the price was ridiculous at $129.00 when I could go get the same thing at TJ Maxx for $79. This price issue thing was also prevalent in their NYC stores, yet the customers loved the coupons and Kohls bucks alot. The only complaint that I truly have is the temperature in the store in very hot. It's uncomfortable to shop, so hot! I want to find my stuff & get out! I found a few pairs I liked in my size. I also looked at the clothing clearance section. I searched through a few racks, but nothing caught my eye. I walked through the home goods section as you never know what you might find. They had a great selection of warm soft blankets in a variety of colors and patterns. I've also shopped here a few times when arriving early for flight. And remembering I forgot to pack something like a rain jacket. I've had pretty good luck at this Marshall's location and will definitely shop here again.

Although I am sure that during busy seasons everyone can turn a bit piggy when it comes to putting things back from where they originally got them, it's nice for a moment to feel a bit more relaxed during the shopping process. During this visit I was finally able to find a tiny bath mat which had eluded me during my other visits to TJX competitor's. You would think finding a tiny gray bath mat would not be hard, but it's been like finding Waldo. G found some basketball shorts and some "housepants" whatever that means. Now days everyone wears everything out so what's the difference? MY BFF has a dog so I bought a dog biscuit jar so Coco can have her treat jar when she comes over and then I scored a cool backpack marked down to $20. I also met a lovely employee by the name of Woa who was super helpful with getting me a price on the dog biscuit jar. I told Woa that I took the jar from the display but that there was no price on it. He took the jar to the front and was able to get the jar priced for me and held the jar for me at the register. G also ran into Wao on the sales floor and Wao also asked G if he needed any help finding anything. During check out we met Nannette, who was also very nice. We asked her to pass along info to the store manager about how helpful Wao was during our shopping experience. So this was a definitely a 5 star shopping event.

But the amount of disrespect I have encountered recently has really put me off from shopping here. While the shopping experience is usually good with short wait times in the checkout line and friendly staff. Recently I have encountered one of the most hounding and uncaring staff member. This employee was constantly giving attitude to not just me but other customers as well in the fitting room, and would constantly turn her nose up at everyone that came through. Not only that but she constantly was plugging her "witchcraft and demonic" items to not only her fellow employees but to customers as well. Usually this wouldn't bother me but the constant hounding got bothersome quickly and really pissed me off. I'm pretty sure most businesses do not allow soliciting on their grounds and hope this gets solved quickly.

It's hard to believe that I've never reviewed this Town Center Old Navy Store which we've…read morefrequented for ages going back to the days that the St John's Town Center first opened for business. This store has a great inventory of product on hand and does a really nice job rotating seasonal items in and out. I particularly like the out rotation of items that find themselves on the clearance Rack sometimes at bottom basement prices! I go right for that men's clearance rack upon entering the store which mind you is always clean and well staffed. Recently we've gone during the peak periods and the register lines get pretty backed up but love that when this happens you can always count in hearing that announcement for "all staff to the front registers!" The line moves pretty well and it's worth the wait especially since Old Navy gives a decent military discount. I'll continue to be a regular customer and recommend that you check out Old Navy for some good old fashioned sales clearance item shopping!
