Holden came out and took care of it on extremely short notice, and mom and newborn were able to actually come HOME instead of calling endlessly to be lied to by Amerigas. No people skills for the job. the website with our account have invoices posted there that is the same as their records and then expect us to pay more money, even though our invoice reflects no money owed. Invoices on customer account should have the SAME information as theirs. We have been customers since 2016 and have had too many problems with accounting. I've never dealt with an accounting department manager with this low level of abilities to do her job. Delivery guys are very respectful helpful and timely but unfortunately, Amanda in the accounting department gave us such a negative experience.
