We brought our vehicle to be inspected here on the 28th of April which was a Tuesday. Come Friday we still hadn't heard anything back and figured they hadn't finished yet or just didn't get around to calling us back. Come Monday, my husband called to ask what was going on with our vehicle and they STILL had not even started working on the car (that was supposed to be completed the previous week.) After ANOTHER week of waiting for a phone call, we AGAIN called them on Friday now (11 days after dropping our vehicle off) for them to tell us it was ready... no one bothered to contact us or let us know the vehicle was ready. They then proceeded to tell us the cost was now $200 MORE than they initially stated. Cleary, we were a bit irritated at this point and curious as to why we were not contacted and made aware that this was now going to be an additional $200. My husband called them back to ask why the cost was significantly higher than we were told and what all had to be done for it to increase to that extent and their "professional" answer to this UNDERSTANDABLE question was, "well, we can charge you MORE if you'd like." Absolutely ZERO customer service, ZERO professionalism and we will NOT be returning. We will also make sure it is known to friends and family that the quality of professionalism at this business is close to none. In no way, shape or form was my husband ever RUDE or LOUD with any of the gentleman in the office on the phone and I am highly disappointed a business in our town treats their customers in this fashion.

He returned my truck with dirt all throughout the paint, runs, spots that didn't receive enough paint, scratches in the paint, horribly wavy panels from lack of blocking, fish eyes all over dash, bolts never tightened all around my truck to fall out while driving, holes in my bed he made and never fixed, overspray out the wazoo everywhere, LMC truck tailgate kit that he couldn't figure out how to install and handed back to me not working as it should for my tailgate to open while I was driving to scratch the new paint. The list goes on and on. Worst part is he will try and make his problems he created the customers problem. This man has horrible anger issues, fully lashed out on me when it came time to confront him and hold him accountable for the horrendous job he did. To top it off - Bill is an extremely racist human and refers to poor quality work with racial slurs. Deserves zero stars and no business. I hope no one goes through the bull**** I have dealt with choosing to trust him with my vehicle.
