I can't say enough good about my experience at Tire Palace…read more I had a tire come apart on a very expensive car with a very rare size performance tire in the middle of cornfields travelling from down south to Canada at 4pm (near closing for everywhere). I called around and everyone laughed and said good luck. When I called Jose at Tire Palace he said, "No problem, I have a used one of those in stock". I had AAA get the car there right before closing and the guys got my tire off, balanced and replaced in about 15 minutes without marking the wheel - I actually own an automotive shop and this is not an easy wheel/tire to mount. When I asked how much, he could have told me any amount - I was at his mercy. Jose chose not to take advantage of that. Jose saved me about $1000 in hotel costs and a new Pirelli tire. He also saved me the thousands I would have lost by having my business closed the next day. He charged me $65+tax... Class act Jose!

Croft's pinpointed the issue right away and fixed it when Pepboys couldnt. Ever since then, I now go to Crofts for the yearly inspection and when I recently purchased a Used car, I had Crofts look at it for an inspection. It seemed like Croft knew my car inside and outside.
