Now the office manager tells us that we will have to make appointment and wait a week to bring these new dentures in for repair. 5 days later... Took the teeth in and office looked much busier today. Once the dentist sees he has the tooth and denture and it is an easy repair she says I should not have just talked to the receptionist or office manager but insisted on seeing the dentist or just left the dentures and instructed the manager to give them to the dentist. In other words, it is my fault they didn't get done 5 days ago?
