Check cleared our account and all was good. We listed the home and within a day, the listing agent received a call from a person we've never heard of claiming that Brandon Paine never paid him for the work he did on the hardwood floors. Brandon has avoided calls from all of us. Once we finally reached him via phone and text, he admitted that he wasn't going to pay this guy, even though he actually completed the work. The guy who did the actual work has now filed a materialman's lien against the property for more money than what we were actually charged to do the job. We plan to deal with that in court. So, beware if you ever get a bid from this guy. He's the most dishonest person I've ever done business with.
