The issue is that my personal phone number is listed for this business online. As a result, I have received hundreds of calls over the years from customers trying to reach the coffee shop. Since I can't resolve this over the phone, I even drove an hour to the location to ask for help, only to be told there was nothing that could be done. There has to be a way to fix this. The volume of calls and voicemails I receive is overwhelming. My voicemail is constantly filled with messages intended for this business, to the point that I've missed important calls from my own customers. Please update the phone number listed on Yelp, your website, and any other online directories. Your customers are trying to reach you, and I have no interest in continuing to field calls meant for your business. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would sincerely appreciate your help in getting this corrected.
