The Feral Hog did not disappoint! They have delicious slow smoked St Louis style pork ribs, beef brisket and slow roasted shredded pork. We got the shredded pork sandwiches, dill potato salad, warm German style potato salad, cole slaw and cowboy beans to take to the park just one block away and had the best outdoor, COVID-19 safe picnic of our weekend. All of the food was delicious in every way, and the cowboy beans, though hotter than I make (chopped jalapeño is in the sauce), were a perfect and hearty pairing.
