You order your food at the door then sit down and they bring it to you when ready. I ordered the og sando and truffle fries. The fries were ok and the sando was pretty solid. It's a massive sandwich and could easily feed 2-3 people. It was a couple meals for me. If i lived in the area, i would probably come back. Good food and good vibes. Service was nothing special.

I got some tenders for my kids, a medium spice sandwich for myself and a special pbj burger for my husband. We also got some truffle fries, onion rings, and jalapeño curds. The chicken was high quality and well battered. The tenders were large, and so was the sandwich. My husband loved his weird pbj sandwich. Unfortunately I discovered the medium spice sauce was essentially spicy BBQ and I hate BBQ it was described to me as "similar to wing sauce" so I was thinking of red hot wing sauce. Thats on me! Can't hold that against them. My husbaad ate both somehow. The truffle fries I wouldn't order again. They were thin shoestring and very greasy with some parm shaved over the top. The jalapeño curds were good. They also forgot our onion rings which was a bummer. I didnt realize til we were on the road and we didnt want to go back.

When we entered we were well greeted by two of the staff. Very friendly and professional people. And although the outside of the business is somewhat plain the inside is really nice. Well lit with a nice layout and atmosphere. I nice mural on the wall as well. My wife ordered the 2 pc white chicken and waffle. For some reason they consider a wing as white meat? Anyhow, you get a wing and a huge breast with a waffle. The chicken is fried and the batter has a nice taste to it. The breast was way over cooked and dry however. But overall it was good at a price of $8.99. I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Its served on a regular hamburger bun and the chicken was extremely small. Most of the sandwich was the bun. It was good well and tasted delicious. It comes with a small amount of fries all for $10.99. This item is way over priced and not at all worth the cost. I would value this at $7-$8. Both of our orders were extremely fresh. Cooked to order. It took 30 minutes from order time to get the food which is too long. Neither of us will order these items again but we will return to try other menu items. And the key here is to call in and order ahead.

For starters, the place was pretty clean inside. I was greeted promptly and my order was taken. The drink machine was one of the fancy coke machines where you can select just about ANY drink in their product line. My Dr. Pepper tasted fine. The place wasn't too busy, and I had to wait a few minutes for my food. Generally, that means they are making it fresh. Nope. This was definitely under a warmer - but not for too long. It still tasted pretty good, but it wasn't fryer fresh like my recent review of the Downers Grove location. And why did it take a few minutes if it was under a warmer? Condiments are out where you can get them on the left side of the counter, with lids and cutlery on the left side of the Coke Drink unit. I did use the bathroom. While it didn't smell, it's clear nobody has cleaned the bowl of the urinal in the mens room for entirely too long. Black is not a good color even there. The inside is KFC heaven - tons of stuff. See the pictures. LJS? Not so much so.

I ordered my usual sandwich, an og spicy butter with NO pickles (i am allergic) , cut in half, and add a side of coop sauce. I placed my order at 9:31. believe me, i worked in food service and i understand the frustration of people ordering 30 minutes before close, but it happens‍. i have had this happen 1 occurrence before where they didn't remove the pickles after i stated verbally i had an allergy. (which is why ever since i did pick up orders). I received my food stapled (i have never received my food stapled in the past). and i can admit it probably was my fault for not ripping the bag open in my car and checking before i left, but i figured since the bag was stapled i didn't want to ruin the bag while i carry it and other items in the house. once opening, sandwich wasn't cut and my side of coop sauce was a side of pickles :/ very disappointed, especially when on the ticket it says the instructions clear as day.. my sandwich was still good, but i definitely won't be returning.

The food definitely stands out in terms of quality. It is most comparable to places like Canes , with the chicken/fries/toast combo. Everything comes out hot and cooked to order. The portions are a good size and it all tastes fresh. The dirty sodas were a fun thing to try out. During my visits, I tried the "Toasty Marshmallow" (Mr Pibb) and the "Float On" (Barqs) . Both are sweet combinations and are fun treats. And who wouldn't love a free ice cream cone while you wait, or after your meal? I thought it was unique that in addition to vanilla there was a banana cream flavor. The gals at the counter shared they try to switch it up. I loved the size of the tender meals offered and generous portion that stretched to two meals for me. Interesting, the cole slaw was the highlight of my meal, with the fresh flavor and complimented the tenders and crinkle fries well. My lime, coconut dirty soda tasted like vacation in a diet coke and I wanted to add a shot of rum to it! Friendly service and a short wait time were much appreciated, as I ordered my food to go. My husband's hot Nashville chicken sandwich was tasty and just the right amount of heat for him (but too hot for me)!
