Being a frugal person, the most important criteria was cost. We started to focus on a few of the mid priced spas and had pretty much settled on a model that seemed pretty nice for the price. We made an appointment with the rep and started off on the 3 hr trip from Curlew to Spokane to see our choice. On the way we heard that the Spokane Expo was on that weekend and we decided to stop there first to see what other vendors were offering. That was a good decision because we had the opportunity to see many of the spa manufacturers in an intense 3 or 4 hr period. The choices were amazing. Cool LED lighting, 140 jets, fountains, and beautiful cabinets. The prices were all over the place, some competitive with the one we came to see and some were twice the price. It made us really think about what was really important to us. We are both in our seventies with the normal aches and pains of bad joints, arthritis and old age so finding a spa that would help us with those real issues had to be the focus. As we went from spa to spa we heard a lot of sales pitches but one vendor kept talking about the therapeutic value offered by the Artesian line of spas. Each position in the Antigua model, lounge chair, corner chairs have a completely different configuration of jets to provide massage therapy to different parts of the body, from your neck to your toes. One corner position even has downward pointing jets directed at your neck and shoulders. Each position is also at a different depth in the water giving many options. All of the other spas we saw might have different depths with the same jet pattern or different jet patterns at the same depths. Another unique option when you purchase the Elite upgrade is individual controls for the main positions in the spa so each person can control their position independent of other folks. No need to vote on whether to turn off the bubbles or pumps each person can do what works for them. We have had the spa for 3 weeks and have not missed one night of relaxation. One of the biggest benefits we had not even thought about is how well we sleep after spending an hour or so in the spa before we go to bed. Out like a light and we stay that way till morning. Yes, it was more expensive than we had planned, but if we had let cost drive our decision we could not have received the real value we enjoy every day. I cannot close off this review without saying how pleased I am with Kevin and his team at Regency Spas. Knowledgeable, helpful, patient, committed, and honest. After the install, there was an issue with the spa. His team jumped right on it and made another trip out to Curlew to get it fixed. They stand behind their word and their product. I cannot express how pleased I have been with the overall transaction.

A week later I am still waiting for a return call or delivery of missing items. I had misgivings from purchasing from her from the beginning but the product (Tylo) was exactly what I had searched for and ended up making the purchase in full without financing. I regret dealing with her and should have gone with a different vendor or potentially different product.

We are happy with the final product but it took 6+ months of dealing with faulty trim work and poor…read moreinstallation. Installers left a 5 foot section of pipe on our two story roof. Luckily we noticed it when an electrician came to do some work. That could have hurt someone or damaged our solar panels. First installer put broken decorative logs in the fireplace. He set them in there in a way to hide the broken ends. Noticed when I opened to rearrange. First installer scratched the trim piece. Second person attempted a quick fix with spray paint that didn't match. Ordered second trim kit that came scratched. Ordered third trim kit that came bent. 4th trim kit wasn't scratched and we installed ourselves. Customer service never called us back. We had to call to check to see if trim kit had arrived every time. The good news is the final product works well and we love how it looks.

We stopped by last Friday to take a look and the business is in a small plaza with NO SIGN to identify that they are there. You walk in and the salesperson Michael was nice a did greet us. We were sincerely interested and decided to move forward with possibly purchasing a 2 person spa. Now keep in mind that all the sales mention Spa's starting at $2995. Everything is an add on and of course we got the talk about how the sales price can end tomorrow, which was fine. My husband and I decided to move forward and completed the sale paperwork. We decided on possibly financing it but had to wait for a decision from the company on terms etc until Monday. Over the weekend we did some additional research and the reviews we found online warned about issues and the fact the parts and labor warranty was only 1 year. So we became concerned. On Monday we received a tentative finance approval but NO TERMS were listed and lots of documents such as bank statements, paystubs, etc being requested??? After my husband and I talked that same evening we decided to look around some more and find something with a little better reviews, etc. When I emailed back our concerns and that we were not going to move forward the salesperson responded unprofessionally and very snippy in stead of maybe trying to save the sale. This made our decision not to purchase a Tuff Spa. The setup is pretty unprofessional to include the location with no signs. Buyer beware.
