It took raising our voices before they finally agreed to remove the charge. The long wait, poor food quality, and especially the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience. The food on the other hand was a bit disappointing. This was my first time here so I ordered several things to try... -Pig tails with cheese. These pre-frozen uniquely cut (sidewinder) fries were good, but had little to no salt on them. The cheese was okay, but quickly cooled and hardened, most likely a Velveeta type product.
