I went in with a friend to do the Wednesday special for dipped nails. The wait was incredibly long which was expected due to the special. I never mind waiting if I get a great end result. My friends dipped nails were done in about 15 minutes. Mine took a little longer due to needing to get tips put on first. I did have to ask my lady to redo tips because they were not glued on right and she was about to start dipping. The whole process was so incredibly rushed. The more I look at my nails, the worse they get. I would not recommend using this nail salon. Also they make you fill out a form for what all you want. They ask what kind of manicure you want, the color, any other services and if you want a drink while they get them done and they do not use that. The ladies would grab your paper and come and ask what you want...and they would usually ask if you wanted something that you didn't mark. If you said no they would go to the next person. I also noticed that there hey would not take people in order in how you came in. There were several walk ins that would go to the front of the list and I can confirm that they did not have an appointment. Barely spoke to me other than to tell me there would be an up charge & ask questions regarding my pedicure. Wanted a manicure, but said she didn't have time. Didn't offer to find someone to do it. If you come for gel, this place is actually pretty nice. But regular polish? Not so much. Got an acrylic set with regular polish and the acrylic is fine but the polish is a mess. They applied it too thick too quickly. It looked ok but never dried. Twice in store they had to redo a nail because they check and said it was dry, but wasn't as when I reached for my bag it rubbed off. I had waited over an hour. They told me it was my own fault for not getting gel... Very unprofessional of them to blame a customer for something out of my control. I've had three people recommend this place to me. So I was very excited. As soon as I got there I could feel how rushed the nail techs were... but I understood, busy day. Holly, who was working on my manicure completely rushed it (took her about 5 mins before she started applying polish). And it was a HORRIBLE JOB. She didn't trim cuticle or shape the nails. When I told her I didn't like it towards the end, she yanked my hand and proceeded to take the gel polish off with a buffer. I could tell she was upset so she was being super rough...she literally burned and left my nail paper thin (pinky) Here's the kicker: After I asked for another associate, a man (I'm guessing the manager) walked up to me and started yelling that she was a professional and was the only nail tech available (a lie). I tried to show him her work but he wouldn't even look at it and yelled at me again that she was "a professional", in front of everyone. It was so embarrassing that even other customers jumped in to defend me because he was being so rude. Prices are cheap here, I get it. But so is the service. I'm not one to usually leave a bad review but this was a terrible experience! They gave us prices that weren't on the website . Also told us that the kids menu was based off of the child's height. Took forever which in some cases is great but it took almost two hours. The prices were very high compared to other places. I wanted dip nails that were a solid color that were blue, and a dip nail removal for my current dip nails. For dip nails it's $45 plus the nail removal was $10 which was way out of budget not including the tip! Overall I would not recommend this place! read more

I absolutely love this place. It is clean, open and inviting. It is extremely sanitary which is a huge plus -- they have a woman that is constantly cleaning, all their tools are sanitized and they use the pedicure tub liners without having you to request them. They have a wide variety of colors, from the normal nail polish, gel, dipping powders and CHROME!! I've had Joe do both acrylics and a pedicure. His service is quick and friendly - he will explain anything you are unsure about and will do what you request and not bully you into getting something you don't want. Kim is also another excellent nail technician. She does excellent work, especially when it comes to unique nail art and designs. She also does waxing (she was able to fix my sad attempt at arched eyebrows). It is a little pricier than other salons but in my opinion is worth it. Be sure to make an appointment so that you don't have to wait a long time. read more

I was in and out for a pedicure in less than 30 minutes (including picking polish and dry time). In some situations that is a good thing, but for a relaxing pedicure it is not. The pedicure itself was 15 minutes. My cuticles were not cut, the "massage" lasted all of five minutes, and no scrubbing of the feet. I know that because she set a timer. I went on a Tuesday afternoon so they were not busy. Maybe it was because there is a special price on Tuesday, but if it is less than the standard it should be advertised as such. I will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone ever! I should also note that I spoke to the front desk when I paid and all she offered was to show me that I checked in at 3:07 and paid at 3:30 when I said it was a 15 minute pedicure. Okay 23 minutes, but that included me going back out to my car for my mask and deciding on polish color. I guess so there no confusion when u pay. I love how the pedicure stations are in different area from manicure station. Mimi was friendly and give me a wonderful pedicure. The tec put a gouge in my big toe nail at the end of my pedi. I had to point it out and it was at LEAST 1/4" long. She went over it once and it was still apparent so she did it again and it was better but I wondered how long it would take to dry. Apparently it NEVER did dry bc it's a MESS tonight! They told me that if I wanted the manicure to last I should get dip, but the gel polish didn't even last 12 hours before the polish started peeling off. I came here because I needed to wait until the HomeGoods store opened up and this was in the vicinity. I got the SNS dip powder on my nails for $40. Pretty average price for it in the area. The service was fast but I was not impressed by the overall atmosphere or the employees. The entire time they spoke to each other, not asking me any questions like nail shape. I don't want a long drawn out conversation but I also don't want to be subject to employees talking loudly over me and to each other. Nothing relaxing about that. I found this place randomly when shopping at Babies-R-Us in the same shopping center. I was drawn in by the $30 Dip Polish special that they run on Wednesdays. Since I am usually in the area on Wednesday, I decided to pay them a visit. The salon was clean and well decorated. It was also nice to relax with a glass of complementary wine while chatting up the friendly staff and fellow patrons. During my visit, I was offered a $10 polish change for my toes, which I accepted. To be honest, it made sense since I was just sitting around waiting for the polish on my fingers to soak off! There were multiple people in my party and my sisters nails were not any better. She chose a nude color and they did not add multiple coats because you can obviously see the nail underneath. I recently discovered this place and Kim did my nails! Highly recommend her! She's really good at designs! And on Wednesday, they have specials UPDATE - don't you dare break your nails accidentally and go back within 2 days to get it fixed bc obviously it's such a big deal Got my nails done for the third time 11/27 with David. He was rough and cut me a few times with the drill and the nail filer. He made my dip nails way too thin. Two nails broke the following morning and another one broke 11/29. Two days and already 3 nails broke. Keep in mind, I've been getting my nails done for a very long time - 4+ years. And I always either have stiletto/almond shape or coffin. My nails hardly ever break. I went in to get it fixed and a new girl that sits next to Kim started to fix my nails. Saw that I had 3 broken nails and was asking in Vietnamese if she should fix all three. Kim told her yes. She went ahead and started to drill my nails. Burning me, I said ow. And she stopped and started drilling again burning me again. And she said in Vietnamese "idk what the hell this girl did to break her nails". Oh I should mention I'm Vietnamese so I obviously understood everything she said. She went on to tell kim to tell David to fix my nails bc he was done with a customer. So David went to fix my nails and goes "you need to be more careful with this shape". I responded with "I am careful. I always have this shape and it never breaks" and then I asked if there was a way he can make my nails thicker without starting over bc they obviously broke the very next day bc they were too thin. He lied and said no. I know it's a lie bc my uncle owns a nail shop and he's done that for me before without any issues. This is the second nail shop to talk shit in Vietnamese thinking I don't know what they're saying in Fort Worth. LOL. If you couldn't tell, I'm never returning to this place. read more

So I've been a loyal customer to this place for two years now and I must say they always impress!! Today Nancy helped me with my pedicure and OH MY GOD! She was so amazing! Off the bat she was genuinely sweet and sincerely wanted to take care of me and help me relax! I always get the seasonal pedicure which includes the 20 minute massage, the hot stone and hot towel wraps. Today Nancy just made the visit even better and I highly recommend asking for her! One thing I do recommend is not going on Tuesday or Wednesday if you want quality work. They are always busy those days and so you can't blame them for rushing you out they have a lot of customers to deal. If you want a good deal go for it but like I said expect what you pay for it.
