We interviewed 3 dog boarders in Sequim. We chose African Sky. Belinda the owner has the most beautiful melodious voice and is gentle. Our skittish shaking Moira Rose responded to her and loved her. Belinda sent pictures and we were totally secure. Upon our return, we watched for stress in her. None. We actually believe it was a good experience for Moira Rose.

After speaking with the owner on the phone, I felt good about it and booked the reservation. At drop-off, there was a miscommunication about our reservation but that got resolved without issue. They have lots of outdoor spaces with different sections for dogs to run and play. And the kennel itself looked clean and organized. The staff were really friendly. Pricing is high, but probably on par with any other facility these days. At pickup, there were no issues and our dogs seemed happy. We'd board here again.

The husband told the wife to search my house, and that was when I told them to get out. The truth was I had mistakenly given them to a person who had picked up her dog earlier. As soon as they left, I remembered who it was, gave them a call. Got the toys back and delivered them. I have been in business here for 18 years, with nothing but success. All the vets in town give me good references, and I take care of the dogs of two of them. It is too bad that a review like this is out there, as it is mostly not true. Claudia's home is on a quiet street in Port Townsend. A generous yard has sturdy fencing. Dogs are really her guests. The home is filled with toys and dog beds, but dogs have free access to beds and other furniture. They get several walks a day, and (if you like) photo updates come throughout the stay. When we picked up our high energy 13-month-old Northwest Farm Terrier, Marley, was relaxed and clearly at home. It's revealing that after our initial visit to get to know one-another, Marley would whimper and pull at her leash TOWARD Happy Paws. She loves it! Claudia has made a point of studying dogs. She believes only in positive re-enforcement, and makes it clear that this is a resort for dogs, not a training kennel. A look at her website reveals so much about her approach and philosophy toward companion animals. We will certainly return, secure in the knowledge that Marley will be happy and well cared for. My only reservation in writing this review is that she will become too popular. We'd like to keep Happy Paws for ourselves!

It can also be acquired from raw or improperly cooked meats and poultry, and meats that have been left out in the open. There is also evidence that dogs can acquire this infection from being with other dogs, such as when boarded at a kennel. I was able to pull her through after $1000 worth of vet bills. Don't take your dog here unless Thomas spends time cleaning this place.
