The Clams Casino were very good and quite different from what I'm used to. My wife had the She Crab Bisque and enjoyed it. For our entrées, we both ordered the Salmon Caprese. They didn't ask how we wanted the salmon prepared, but I would estimate it was cooked to medium. The salmon was very good. One interesting part of the dish was the cauliflower purée, which was served cold. There was nothing wrong with it, but when something looks like mashed potatoes, your mind expects it to be hot, so the first bite caught me by surprise. My wife had a Pinot Noir with dinner while I had a Sauvignon Blanc, and both paired well with the salmon. Overall, we had a very good dinner at One13 Social and thought it was a great choice while staying in Carlisle. We parked in the nearby Comfort Inn parking garage, which also gave me a little more peace of mind about leaving the Corvette overnight.
