Each and every time I showed up, they all greeted me and took an interest beyond what I might have expected from a large chain store. In fact, this store in particular, feels like "my hometown pharmacy". When my father passed away last year, the staff were more than kind and offered their condolences. It was so amazing to show up after my mom had appointments and new medications prescribed half an hour earlier and have them ready or if it was super busy, getting a call when they were ready. Genuinely grateful.

The younger black gentleman and younger petite black woman are both phenomenal. They both are not only competent but also understand that they work in customer-facing roles. Accordingly, they are professional -- which includes being kind and respectful to the customer. However, there's another young black woman (on the heavier side) with the nastiest attitude. Some advice for her: when you tell the customer that you're not going to give them their Rx for whatever reason, they're going to be frustrated. Compounding their frustration? Your attitude. When your colleagues communicate a delay or issue, it never bourgeons into conflict -- can you guess why? Because they are professionals, and they act like it. This means being kind and respectful even in -- especially in -- the face of a frustrated customer. One more tip: When a customer shows up, greet them? I assume a smile is asking way too much, but certainly don't sit there scowling (in silence, no less!). Like the customer is a nuisance and a bother, showing up and expecting you to do your job. The audacity. Acknowledge the customer and let them know you're ready to assist them. If this is too much for you, get another job. Sincerely. You are unfit for a customer-facing role.

When I finished my shopping, there were 6 to 8 people in line with only 1 register open. The manager was actually counting the drawer for the other register right in front of all the customers. He called up an employee over the intercom and asked them to recount and verify the drawer. All of this was going on while the customers waited in line. It was one of the poorest examples of customer service I have ever seen at a Walgreens. I don't think I'll return to this store anytime soon.

I got home and checked after they were VERY certain they were the right ones. The syringes were too large, needle was auto retractable, incompatible with the luer lock drawing tips I was given, and too long for subcutaneous use. The drawing tips I was given were large enough to core the vial and, again, incompatible with the style of syringe given. Needless to say I order my supplies online now, and just pick up my hormones here. Hoping to switch locations eventually.

I have popped in this location a few times and never had any issues. They always have the products I am after and the service is always solid. My latest pop by was for some sinus meds and a few Gatorades. I was welcomed by the front end staff upon entry and again when I approached the register to check out. The items I was in search of were stocked well, on discount and easy to find. The store is an older foot print and location. Age can be seen in the outdated signage, dingy and scuffed flooring, ceiling and counters throughout the store. In short, it is in need of an update and upgrade for sure! Overall, this location is convenient to and from the office, so when in need I have no issue popping in!

I'm currently up at 3am writing this review. This is because I don't have my sleep medication. They…read morerefused to give me my sleep medication a week ago, when I ran out, saying that I was picking it up too soon. They clearly had made an error on the last prescription pick up date. If I would have picked it up on the date that said, I would have been out of my medication for 11 days. I went back and checked every prescription that I had received from them over the course of 290 days and that's exactly when I ran out since I take one pill per day. Even Cigna insurance said that I was good to go to get the meds and they DO NOT allow you to get one pill too many!! So after they refused to give me my meds, Nicol said that they would have to look at the camera feed in the morning to verify that last pick up date and would call me in the morning. I never received the call. So after 3 days without sleep meds, I call them and they said that the manager would have to look at the camera feed. They clearly never did because I am now a week without sleeping worth a damn and they don't care. I'll be going elsewhere after this. Today is the day that I am supposed to be "eligible" to get the medication. I plan to tell them that I don't appreciate their lack of concern. Not good to screw with someone's sleep medication.
