Whether the pharmacy staff, including Bing and all the ladies or Kelly in the photo section, all of my interactions have been great. Each and every time I showed up, they all greeted me and took an interest beyond what I might have expected from a large chain store. In fact, this store in particular, feels like "my hometown pharmacy". When my father passed away last year, the staff were more than kind and offered their condolences. It was so amazing to show up after my mom had appointments and new medications prescribed half an hour earlier and have them ready or if it was super busy, getting a call when they were ready. Btw, you can get away with not wearing your mask even though the sign on the door says "Face Coverings Required" and all that while the message "everyone is required to wear a mask inside the store" is heard every few minutes through the speakers. They could request a new prescription for me but it may take a few days. Thought maybe I just didn;t pay attention to the price on one idem so I went back in to sheck. The price on the shelf for the item was $34, I was charged $84. I got an employee and all the ticket prices on that that shelf were wrong. I returned the item, manager was polite but no "I'm sorry" or I will follow up and see what happened, just refunded my money. The extra bad thing was I went back to check the item again and they had not removed the wrong price tags. So someone else will pickit up go to the counter and be overcharged. This is the 3rd time in that Walgreens I have been overcharged for an item. This time it was enough for me to return it. The stores convenient but not worth the issues. Watch your purchases if you chose to shop there. I could have bought the item on Amazon but I like to use the store, so now I have wasted my time and still have to get it online,

Update June 2021 I…read morehave been shopping at Walgreens for 10+ years. I typically have good experiences at this location on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, but this last time was horrible. When I finished my shopping, there were 6 to 8 people in line with only 1 register open. The manager was actually counting the drawer for the other register right in front of all the customers. He called up an employee over the intercom and asked them to recount and verify the drawer. All of this was going on while the customers waited in line. It was one of the poorest examples of customer service I have ever seen at a Walgreens. I don't think I'll return to this store anytime soon.

The first time I was rapidly and rudely shut down with certainty, and shooed off by staff when asking, before I even had the chance to finish my question. Felt like she was offended I even dared to ask- I had never gotten ANY sort of attitude here when picking up any other medication, but for some reason this was different. Idk if the tech I had doesn't like trans people or if she was just having a rough day, but her attitude was very unprofessional. I got home and checked after they were VERY certain they were the right ones. The syringes were too large, needle was auto retractable, incompatible with the luer lock drawing tips I was given, and too long for subcutaneous use. The drawing tips I was given were large enough to core the vial and, again, incompatible with the style of syringe given. Needless to say I order my supplies online now, and just pick up my hormones here. Hoping to switch locations eventually.

I have popped in this location a few times and never had any issues. They always have the products I am after and the service is always solid. My latest pop by was for some sinus meds and a few Gatorades. I was welcomed by the front end staff upon entry and again when I approached the register to check out. The items I was in search of were stocked well, on discount and easy to find. The store is an older foot print and location. Age can be seen in the outdated signage, dingy and scuffed flooring, ceiling and counters throughout the store. In short, it is in need of an update and upgrade for sure! Overall, this location is convenient to and from the office, so when in need I have no issue popping in!
