Just felt calm right away. Inside is super open with really tall ceilings. There's a small bar upstairs they call a speakeasy... it's not really hidden since you can see it from downstairs, but it's still a nice little vibe. Drinks were really good too. They stay pretty busy, but service didn't miss a beat. Food came out looking good and actually tasted just as good. Always a win. Only thing is when it gets packed, it does get pretty loud, especially upstairs at the bar. So just something to keep in mind depending on the vibe you're going for. And honestly, the fire pits outside were probably my favorite part. Perfect spot to sit and hang out for a bit. If you're in Round Top, it's definitely worth checking out.

For the burger, we ordered The Standard, and as the name suggests, their standard burger (I call these "diner-style") and my brother and I both agreed - this is damn near the perfect burger and the best one I've had in quite some time. It was just the perfect amalgamation meat, condiments, and sauce, with a delicious bun holding it all in together. It's located inside the Market Hill building. Sunday brunch is 10am-2pm. The buffet had a range of breakfast classics (pancakes, eggs) to enchies and chilaquiles. It wasn't super busy on the Monday we went, but since he was the only one manning the bar, the bartender was always doing something, so I don't blame him fully for not checking back in with us. I ordered a drink called the Velvet Vice. It looked nothing like the picture and tasted similar to an Aviation cocktail with egg whites. I happened to really like it.
