Newly opened a week and trying to establish. The barista was exuberant and announced she'd be the new manager. The place looked the same-clean, modern, sparsely decorated and full of hope. Lots of plans but still working on a shoestring of supplies. Have their own custom espresso bean but no whole milk, only oat, almond. Eight cheesecakes on display, some looking "shabby" like before. No prices showing but told the slices range from 6.50 to 9.00, depending on ingredients. They were labeled in marker on the glass (difficult to read). No sign on exterior for restaurant-still need better marketing. Couple of $2 cakepops & cupcakes. Selling some cute gift coffee thermoses. She was promising breakfast & lunch options within 2 weeks including avocado toast, nutella banana toast, chicken salad on croissant and crepes. All said expanding to cheesecake apples, jars & cobblers. She noted all cheesecakes are made by 2 vendors, not on site. Also hoping for professional signage. I had a great slice of pie that had pecans throughout. Cold & creamy. With Diet Coke instead of coffee. I am hopeful for them and more customers than just me. The new manager sounds like a dedicated and hard worker. This could be an exciting venue and good competition for meals in Mulberry. Cheesecake was much tastier than my last two experiences with them.

The food always seems to be burned/dried out (probably sitting on the grill too long or dried out in warmer tray) and our fries are never full regardless of the size we order. There's an obvious difference in customer service between the older generations that work there and the younger ones. I understand that some of these people are kids and learning their first job but we've had several instances in the drive through where our card is taken and food is given without either person even saying a word. We make a point to say things like "hi how are you" and "thank you have a good day" but some of these have even failed to yield a response from them. Again that's our experience with the younger ones. The older workers are always much more engaging and professional. I didn't even have Yelp prior to today, but I'm so tired of this being a repeated occurrence so I downloaded it solely to leave this review. I've always appreciated and had good experiences at this Starbucks. This is the closest location…read moresome of my family lives by so it's been frequented by us. They're usually very on pace with everything, even though it manages to be pretty consistently busy like most Starbs stores. I usually have never had to wait long for my order, whether I ordered ahead or just at the register. It's the same consistent Starbucks products, so if you enjoy them you'll like this location, if you're not a fan don't expect anything different or newly exciting. The workers are typically pretty friendly as well. One time, I was a complete dummy and ordered ahead to the wrong location. I came in here and they didn't have my order (duh, wrong place) so I asked them about it and they made me the drink and didn't even charge me! It's a clean space that has good seating to do work or study, or sit outside on their mini patio. If there was one issue for me it'd just be the odd place they are in. The parking lot is not set up in a way that makes a ton of sense but that's not really in their control.
