I've sent so many people to city dental. Everyone always thanked me for a referral. The reason why we were so loyal was because the owner was reasonable. Now it just feels like a shiesty operation. This had led to an all too common dread whenever dental visits came due, even for routine care. This has now changed thanks to Dr. Perez and his wonderful team. My dental hygienist Gloria has the hands of an angel and the most delicate touch ever. My anxiety the first visit could be felt a mile away. I dare say I felt almost relaxed my most recent visit. I had a crown done with my last dentist (and a root canal with her referred endodontist). This led to months upon months of pain far worse than the pain I had before the root canal. I had to go to a different local dentist to fix the problem, but it took months to get an appointment. Expectedly last month I had dread when I was told I needed another crown. I wasn't in pain, but my previous dentist had done such a deep filling that I knew the tooth wasn't going to last forever. They advised a crown before the tooth cracks unexpectedly. I was also able to download all new patient forms online and print from home so that was completed before I stepped foot into the office. This is the most convenient thing ever. Every single staff member I encountered at this office was incredible. Everyone was friendly and in a very genuine way. Yunoka was my dental assistant and she took all my necessary x-rays. She took about 20 x-rays, no joke. Lol. But she was so informative and explained everything in a very friendly manner. I loved talking to her. After my x-rays were done, I didn't even have to move out of the room. Stayed in the same chair for my cleaning too. She handed me over to Maria who did my deep cleaning.
