I LOVE DONUTS, I am always looking for a good donut shop that has ample, well made cake donuts (coconut with white icing is my choice). I am not a big fan of the fluffy-nuffy air filled donuts that seem to dominate the grocery store donut pantries (unless I am craving a twist or maple bar) This place always has the shelves FULL of delicious fresh donuts, i've been there 3 times and the ladies are always busy making fresh ones. Delicious donuts! The owner was really sweet with us and threw in a free donut for us to try (which was a delectable glazed). Not too far from where we are and love that she has a jar for orphans in Cambodia. Will definitely keep getting our sweet treat fix from here. I just had the weirdest experience at this shop. I'm new to the area and was craving a donut, saw this place was close, and it had good reviews so I thought I would come. Granted it is 4 PM and they close at 5 PM. I called ahead of time to make sure that they were open until their stated hour, and was rudely greeted on the phone by the employee (I was almost frightened). I still thought I would give it a try, so I came down to the shop and was met by a very rude older Asian woman, who basically yelled at me about the donuts and then asked me about my day, but had no idea what I was saying. The maple bars are absolute heaven. Have picked them up for the fam a couple times on weekends, in the morning, and they are so fresh and usually still warm. A little crispy on the outside and soft and silky on inside. They are very sweet and a little greasy (in a good way, which I know sounds weird). It is a small shop and they do not take cards (which was a bit of a problem my first stop in), so stop and grab cash. Wont break the bank, prices are very reasonable. read more

This is a great little donut shop. I used to stop more often before I changed jobs... Real donuts (not grocery store or gourmet/vegan/fashonable.) Not skimpy on the size or sprinkles. They are consistently fresher than Top Pot and MUCH more realistically priced. The family that runs the place has always been nice to me. Parking out front can be a little tight first thing in the morning - but if the lot is packed just park up the street or the next block east. Or, better yet, grab some donuts and coffee then go hang out at Bothell Landing. read more

Didn't expect much but really needed a donut fix. Walked in, said hello and was ignored. But I wanted a donut. So I told the lady what I wanted, cost was about half what I'm used to paying at other places. Someone else came in, called the lady by name and she was very nice. I realized that she was just shy with new people. Since I just wanted a donut I figured it didn't matter. I ended up with a donut and a cinnamon roll. OMG they were delicious. Loved this place when we lived in the area. All the donuts are FANTASTIC and easily rival any of the popular city donut places for simple donuts. The apple fritters are great, the boston cream (chocolate glazed, cream filled) is AMAZING. The plain donuts are fantastic, too - raised glazes, twists, bars, etc. They are always super nice as well, throwing in extra donuts and coffee for us, especially if you come a bit later in the day. read more

My favorite kind of donut is plain cake. I know this sounds boring, but I just love them. The plain cake at this shop is hands down the best over Top Pot in Seattle and Voodoo in Portland. It is a big plump donut with a satisfying, slightly crunchy bite on the outside edges of the donut that melts in your mouth. The blueberry cake is my second favorite. Plus they are priced like a regular donut and not some "gourmet" donut. I don't get out to Bothell much anymore but when I do, I make a point of stopping in here for a donut fix! read more
