Very small and cute cafe!! I got the cheesecake biscoff and Jasmine milk tea and both were very good!! Went here for a little snack during the weekend and it wasn't busy so the service was pretty fast!!
Good food! Great options, plenty of parking. There's a tablet to order or you can go to a cashier. Service was friendly. They played some fun kpop and I got my food fast. Will come back to try more of their sweet desserts! I opted for savory options today
They serve up bite-sized Korean-inspired treats like Oreo and Black Sesame Croffle ($8.5). I love their Earl Grey Cake ($7.5) and Roll Cakes ($6.5). Positively surprised by the high quality of the drinks. We got the Strawberry Galaxy-Ade ($6.25) where it's fun to watch they made it with the layers of flavor, goes well with the Peach Popping Boba. The Brown Sugar Matcha Latte with boba ($6.3) is made with ceremonial grade matcha. The staff were so friendly, and made the drinks meticulously. Love the vibrant wallpaper where it adds some color to my dull life in rainy Seattle.

This little corner cafe is a real treasure - I wish I had found it years ago! Such a fun selection of desserts, drinks & savories. Love the sandwiches on their yummy waffles. Will be a frequent customer going forward!!
A new addition to Woodinville I have been wanting to try, and finally got to. I got a Yokurt mango ocean and Jalapeno cheddar quiche. My drink was refreshing on a hot day, and I liked the spice kick in the quiche. I'll be back to try the cruffle.
I got the earl grey croffle and Oreo croffle to share. I came in for their signature matcha one but I'm a sucker for a random flavor and had to try it. It was a 2/5 for me on the whipped topping but the croffle itself is 5/5 delicious! It has a hard, sugary, almost glazed outside that provides the perfect crunch while the inside is still nice and fluffy. It's the perfect dessert size.
I would have given 3.5 stars because of the service but the croffle was too damn good and made up for it. The place is really cute, and the food was amazing but I did not like being ignored for about 20 minutes to be told my croffle would take a while but to have people after me ordering the same thing get served first. It has like a Starbucks type service so with the same order means I was skipped. The server realized that and tried to play it off as if mine was still being made but I let her know that she skipped me and she realized that when she saw the receipt just sitting there and not touched. Meaning our receipt got skipped over. So it was an uneventful 20 minutes of waiting. Like I said I would have given less stars for that experience but the strawberry croffle was soooo good, I would go back again because it was yummy and people make mistakes. So 4 stars. matcha milk tea was good too it had mango jelly.
Ordered uber eats here got the bingsoo which was really good but for 20.00 it should be. Usually order from snowy village but saw this place and wanted to give a fair shot. Also we got the Oreo croissant waffle which was very tasty just didn't taste remotely fresh and we got the cheesecake which decent but it was insulting how small it was. The picture on my iPhone screen was bigger than the actual cheesecake lol. The green tea strawberry matcha was by far my favorite thing here tho extremely refreshing and elevated. Definitely tasted quality

The croffle itself was disappointing, however - did not taste very fresh. Little acknowledgment from the staff when I walked in. The interior is cute though, and the food served pretty quickly. I wish they had metal cutlery available when eating in since the plastic knives couldn't cut the croffles, making things messy. Might be back for other flavors and hopefully an improved experience!
Everything was delicious. We arrived promptly when they opened. The employee was not super warm but whatever, he got us our food quickly. We ordered the blueberry, mango, oreo, truffle chocolate. We really liked all of them. They are sweet but not overly sweet. Wish we would have tried some of their savory ones. We also got the mango & watermelon blend. & the mango jasmine refresher. All so delicious as well. The only meh item was the spicy crab. Not bad but not the "i would get it again" type of thought. The place is so cute with several options to take cute photos (lol clearly i didnt take advantage of that) Would drive out for this place again.

Funny enough: I was actually planning to stop by their north gate location for the last 2 weeks. Now they are in east side! The Croffle! Croissant waffles. That's what I came for and Croffles they had. So many variations and toppings. I tried their cheese Croffle, blue berry coffee and cream cheese Croffle. I really wanted the strawberry ones: should've went with that. Blue berry Croffle: delicious but a little heavy for me. Cheese Croffle: it's cute but not melted cheese. Would've been tastier. Cream cheese Croffle: this one had a bad freezer burnt taste. Not a fan at all. Staff was friendly, they had other stuff too that I didn't get to try. Hope to come back for it. My favorite part: pup friendly! It's been insanely hot and I usually keep my car on/ ac on to grab takeout fast. I was gonna take it togo but glad I was able to dine in. They also have savory Croffles and drinks. And shave ice! Maybe I'll try next time.

Came in with an open mind and wanted to try the croffle from a friend's suggestion. I ordered the strawberry ice cream croffle but was disappointed by the dryness and artificial strawberry syrup. The ice cream was fine but the syrup ruined the flavor. Would have wished for a more natural syrup or just skip it altogether. Service was very quick, the croffle came out almost instantly. We found One Bite Cafe when searching for new interesting food on the Eastside of Seattle and their croffles immediately caught our interest. The cafe is in a small outdoor shopping area with many other shops and restaurants sharing one big parking lot. It was not crowded when we arrived so we parked right in front of the cafe. The inside is big enough with a good amount of tables to sit down and enjoy the food and drink. Their menu has a variety of options with the croffles displayed right in front of you so you know what they look like. Their drink is decent but didn't impress us as much as the croffles. This was our first time trying croffles so it may not apply to everyone. They have both the sweet (with fruits) and salty (with meats) options and that fits us perfectly because we have different tastes. The croffles were crispy, not too sweet, and I think they would pair really well with a cup of tea or coffee for breakfast. In overall, I think it was a great experience. The fact that it is not crowded already makes it a good place for chilling during weekend morning where you can enjoy delicious food and drink. read more
Pretty disappointed tbh. I haven't been to One Bite in a minute and I was wanting a croffle today so I ordered through UE. What happened? The strawberry croffle looks nothing like it used to. I loved the strawberry creme they piped on but what I received is just whipped cream... On top of that, the croffles have shrunk. Look at my OG review photos and you'll see it too. They were 1/3 larger before imo. They're pricey so I now don't know how I feel paying that for a single croffle of that size with plain whipped cream. I'm sad. read more

Popped into One Bite Cafe after having a craving for something sweet like a donut. Got something better, a Croffle! It was a small crunch waffle topped with Truffle Chocolate. It was so good! Also noticed they have Croffle sandwiches, Boba Tea options and so many other choices. Definitely will be back. read more
Cute new business in Woodinville, it was reasonably busy on a weekend afternoon which is good to see in its first few weeks. There is a kiosk that you order from, and then choose dine in or takeout. My interactions with staff were friendly when needed. The inside is cute, though I decided to takeout, I'll probably dine in next time. The food I ordered was fresh and tasty. I tried the Korean sausage bread, I have to be honest it looks flat and not really appealing but the taste is delicious. Perfect temperature, and it's like a pull apart bread, with delicious sausage, cheese and onion topping! The Earl Grey cake was plenty for 2 people. The sponge was soft, and the cream was fresh whip instead of fake cream, so it was a lovely combo. It could use more earl grey flavor. I didn't get a drink, but the ones I saw being made looked fun! I imagine on a busy day you might wait awhile but hopefully more staff is in its way. The prices aren't bad for the area, but hopefully they don't up the prices further. Plenty parking outside. I got the citron-ade. For someone looking for non-caffeinated drink, it hit the spot! It was just the perfect amount of citrus and carbonated, refreshing even without the caffeine. Loved adding pineapple jelly to it. The staff was friendly and the vibe super cute. Wish there were more savory vegetarian options. Excited to try their croffles though :) read more
I have been twice now! This is such a fun place with delicious treats. The creamy frosting is to die for! It takes a while to get your order- which can be a little frustrating. Hopefully they'll end up hiring more people and the problem will be fixed. The staff definitely isn't slacking! read more
Such a cute cafe with a mix of bobas, waffle desserts and Korean kimbap. We tried the waffles with cream and strawberry along with the Korean sausage bread and 2 types of kimbap and a boba. We enjoyed everything esp the sausage bread which had a lot of flavoring. One thing they didn't have was hot expresso drinks which the Roosevelt location has. That would have been perfect for me as this was a breakfast/brunch food for me. I will def be back to try more items on their menu! read more
How exciting Woodinville is getting another cute establishment. I mean the camera do get to eat first right? I stopped by on Day 3 of this new location soft opening. Loved the decor/fun vibe inside despite it pouring cats & dogs outside at the time. I decided to try a Croffle - have not heard of this hybrid before. My friend got one with a scoop of ice cream and it was as expected with any a La mode dessert. I got the one with the black sesame cream and the cream was so light and subtle that it actually tasted refreshing! We both took a cake to-go (Earl Grey and Basque Cheesecake). I can't wait to try the other flavors, the cakes, the savory sandwiches and drinks! read more

Upon hearing so many rave reviews of the location in Roosevelt, I was delighted to see that One Bite Cafe had opened on the Eastside! This is an adorable cafe. The inside isn't spacious, but there is plenty of seating and the decor is bright and fun. Definitely a place that is worthy for the 'gram. Ordering is very simple - you can either order at the counter, use the kiosk or order ahead online. Service was quick because there weren't many patrons but I can envision this place being much busier in the future. I tried the Egg Crosand and the Honeydew Melon Milk Tea. The Egg Crosand was tasty - I would never have paired egg salad with a waffle but the juxtaposition ended up being scrumptious. The honeydew flavor was VERY prominent in the milk tea and I was pleasantly surprised to see how much drink I could buy for a relatively affordable price. I can't wait to return and try all of the desserts here! read more

The place just opened up and wasn't lots of people there but it was a cute and clean place. The server was really nice also as I thought they ran out of the tuna Mayo rice ball (forgot the name) he said he could make more. However the croffle I don't think was really fresh - as in wasn't made when I ordered. Looks like premade and while it was decent, it wasn't anything to be in awe of because it was neither flakey like a croissant or soft like a waffle. The cream was good on all of it but the sesame was bitter! How the sesame could be bitter I don't know because I had a lot of stuff with sesame flavor before and it's all sweet. And also it was about 7/croffle so wasn't cheap. The dalgona latte was enjoyed by my family so that's food. Maybe I will come back but I wish for a freshly made croffle with better tasting cream. read more

Adorable little Asian treat shop in downtown Woodinville that has bubble tea, bingsu, cakes, waffles and a plethora of gluten free treats. They have a wonderful selection of goodies from Nuflours bakery in Seattle. I ordered the GF basque cheesecake and passion fruit bubble tea with OG tapioca pearls and lychee jelly. The tea was the perfect level of sweetness and the cheesecake was rich and creamy with the perfect sweetness for an Asian dessert which means a lot less sweet than American desserts. So excited to stumble upon this place while running errands in Woodinville and will definitely be back for more GF goodies when I'm in town. read more
Cute and different spot for Woodinville! While I am pleased there is another great spot for boba tea options, I was a little displeased about the prices. I got a drink and small bite and it ended up being a lot for what I would consider a treat. The service was quick albeit most of the ordering process is through an iPad. Whenever I drive past this place it is always busy with a line usually going out the door, so be prepared to wait in line just to order or better yet ordering ahead online! read more
Adorable little desert place serving Korean snow shaved ice, baked goods, boba drinks. Kawaii style decor with plenty of photo ops. Service was good, although the girl helping me was training, but overall a good experience. I order the shaved ice Togo and they didn't have lids for my dessert which was annoying but I made it home with no spillage read more
