One of the many condescending ways this place speaks to customers
    Ronald B.

Most unprofessional business I've ever encountered in my life. Hence the 1.8 star review I should have read before forking over my info. Call backs delayed, the "sales manager" Devonte speaks to you as if you're stupid (meanwhile I'm 45 years old). It's all old school tactics here, lure you and so you can hurry up and wait while getting nothing accomplished. Skip this dealer and head to Carvana so you can avoid people like this and sales tactics from the 80's

I explained I had several large payments coming to me, but no idea when. I was told it wasn't a problem. And the car could be held indefinitely. So I bought it. Or, thought I did. I had it registered in my name. Things happened. People were fired. New people came in. Steve the new manager, took it upon himself to put my car, back on the lot, without informing me. I had to find out by driving by. I called to speak to my sales person. He quit today. So, I have to call the dealership to find out all this. This " new manager " Steve, decided this is what he was going to do without talking to any of his people. Including, Isreal, the " new financing" guy, I spoke to Yesterday ! I had to tell the whole story to him, from the beginning. Isreal told me he was going to redo the contract, and I could just come in and resign it. Which I was absolutely fine with. Then today I find out Steve decided, apparently all on his own, to not sell me, my car already registered in my name to me. He also put it back, up for sale. Finally, he didn't even bother to notify me! I would have shown up to the dealership to sign the contract, and have been faced with this blindsided. I promise it would not have been pretty. And probably would have ended with me in jail. So I guess, I have to be thankful I found out accidentally. When I called him, he couldn't be bothered to give me his attention. So yeah......don't go here, if you actually want a vehicle. If you enjoy wasting your time then, I definitely recommend them.

Ever since I got it I've had to get the oil "topped off" because after 3,000 miles it is over a quart of oil short triggering the oil light. What is more disheartening is that Volkswagen says the problem isn't covered on the extended warranty. They actually want me to pay $500 fee to see what is causing the problem. On the other hand, they told me it's normal for a car to lose a quart of oil after 3,000 miles. I do not recommend buying a Volkswagen ever. Do yourself a favor and stay away from purchasing a Volkswagen ever.

My diagnostic codes are P0491 secondary air injection system failure, not a cylinder failure (P030X). This is an emissions system issue and should be federally covered. Denial of coverage violates federal emissions law. This dealership is practicing fraudulent repair estimate, warranty denial, deceptive trade practices consumer fraud, and false representation.

The sales staff seemed uninterested in helping customers, and it genuinely felt like our presence was an inconvenience. In particular, a salesperson named Mike left a very negative impression. His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and far from what I would expect when making such an important purchase decision. I came in seriously considering a Toyota Land Cruiser, but after my interaction with him, I decided to take my business elsewhere. To make matters worse, the showroom itself did not reflect the level of quality I associate with Toyota. Several display vehicles appeared dirty, unfinished, or poorly presented. There was even a Toyota Tundra on display that appeared partially assembled, with boxes and debris still sitting in the truck bed. I walked in excited about the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle and left disappointed. A dealership's staff and presentation matter, and unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations

Car salesmen, UGH! Right? Read this review for the lowdown on this dealership…read more Anxiously I stop in to see what's available, what are my options etc. I'm already apprehensive about buying a new car. I want one, and don't want the game. I was immediately greeted by Hormis. We chatted about what I wanted and what needs a new car would meet for me. I test drive the vehicle, liked it, and chatted a bit more (not long). My experience with Sales folks, they tend to stretch truth. Make promises and then don't deliver. After stating my terms Hormis said, "if I can make this happen for you, do you want the vehicle?" "Yes" was my reply all the while, in my head saying "it won't happen". Immediately after the meeting with is a FIRST RATE, TOP NOTCH, ROCKSTAR! The entire team at this location friendly, professional and deliver on what they say. I am less than happy!…read more We bought a 2026 Subaru through the Costco program because we do not like spending hours at the dealership haggling. It seemed ok to me but now I have to contact them to inform them of this situation. We ended up having to drive a bit away, but this vehicle had most of what we wanted - fine. For some reason, they still kept us there for over 3 hours though. And we were told that the Costco price is LESS than what the dealers pays for it. Who the hell is going to believe that nonsense? Then for our trade in, they started out with an offer of $3,500. I immediately said no. He got up to $4,500 and said that we can always come back to sell it - no pressure. We opted for the latter. Well, we did go back today to sell it, and they offered $3,200. I said that was below the original offer. I was angry for my time and money being wasted and said that I was going to write reviews (more to come). Then big boy got nasty with me and told me that I "don't make sense". I can't help him if he thinks going from $4,500 to $3,200 would not make someone less than happy. If you are incapable of sticking to your word, isn't this the most likely outcome. Does that make sense big boy? If you need any other lessons, I will have to charge you. In any case, I cannot respect duplicitous behavior, and I feel that it is my civic duty to warn others so that they may use the information that I provided at their discretion. We will not be using them again.
