I looked at several vehicles online and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I informed my dealership contact ahead of time that I was interested in seeing and test driving three different vehicles, and he assured me they would be ready. I arrived at the dealership on time for our appointment. The dealership was not busy, yet they still were not prepared for me. After waiting a bit, they finally introduced me to a salesperson who seemed unaware of my request and appeared fairly inexperienced. That in itself was not a problem. I'm also in sales and actually enjoy interacting with newer sales professionals. Eventually he brought the first vehicle for a test drive, but it was not ready. The fuel gauge was showing empty and the navigation screen was not working. Again, not necessarily the salesperson's fault, so I didn't make a big deal about it. However, things quickly went downhill after that. When I expected to see and test drive the other vehicles I had specifically scheduled the appointment for, he told me he didn't have time to show me the others and that I should just pick one because it "wasn't that big of a deal." The dealership was practically empty, yet apparently there was no time for a customer who had scheduled an appointment and done their homework ahead of time. This was one of the most stressful and dishonest car-buying experiences I've ever had. I bought a 2024 BMW X3 from Countryside Mitsubishi in November 2025. Within hours of driving off the lot, I found serious safety issues: faulty wipers, missing latch hardware in the back seat, and glass shards left behind. It turns out the windshield was replaced with a non-BMW version, voiding the factory warranty. None of this was disclosed, and I was denied proper documentation and repair history during my return window. I tried to resolve the issues directly, but the manager stalled, misled me about technician qualifications (they claimed "BMW Certified"--they weren't), and allowed unsafe repairs that only made the problem worse. I was promised help and transparency, but received deception and deflection. Women and vulnerable customers, please be careful here. After spending 9 hours (yes, NINE) test-driving the vehicle I ultimately purchased, making countless phone calls consulting with friends, family and trusted resources, almost changing my mind and walking out (getting cold feet), and of course getting the upsell, I drove away in my new ride. First off, Countryside was the only dealership that had the make, model, trim, color, options, age and mileage that I needed (a 2022 Audi e-tron). Second, they were only the third dealership (the second being their own Jidd Motors Mitsubishi) that could process the soon-to-expire used EV federal tax credit. Third, they were the only ones that had the selection and quality of cars and the genuine desire to make I deal I referenced earlier. Fourth, the infinite patience of the staff as I put them through the wringer for the aforementioned NINE hours, whittling down the deal to its bare bones, was nothing short of amazing. Fifth, the fact that their cars come with two keys - not one - and that they were generous enough to include the on-board Level 1 and 2 combo charger and cables - made them a singular exception in my experience. Sixth and final, once the deal was inked, the fact that everyone in the dealership took the ordeal in good humor and congratulated me on my purchase rather than give me a well-deserved sneer was appreciated :-) (Everyone down to the janitor knew of this epic deal making and were following it with abated breath!) Shout out to Maks, the salesperson, who was super nice and did not resort to pushiness, but instead displayed deep knowledge of the product (a rarity with electric vehicles) and an infinite stamina going back and forth between me and the powers that be for 9 hours. Shout out to Hemzah, the sales manager, whose desire to make a deal is second to none and who offers some genuinely insightful feedback during the process that is of course self-serving but that is also surprisingly frank and illuminating. Shout out to Steven, the finance manager, who got me the finance deal of a lifetime, who took the most time that any finance manager took to explain every single piece of paper and little detail in everyday terms, and whose infinite patience was one for the books. His no-nonsense, frank and open feedback was also crucial and making up my mind rather than letting me get trapped in my own anxiety loop. Finally, shout out to the owner, who may appear brusque at times but who is genuinely interested to make a deal and who appreciates someone who plays the game as hard as he does (and he does). Now for a few flies in the ointment (sorry, guys!): first off, in 2025, there is no need to try to use the "what payment do you want per month" technique to inflate the price of the vehicle after the price and the trade-in have been agreed. I immediately caught and called out an attempt to inflate my cost by 15% by inflating my monthly payment (I knew what terms I would get and I can use an online payment calculator you know) and then acting surprised and not being able to justify it until dropping it in the end ("sorry, no idea why the system did that"). Second, I know extended service contracts ("aftermarket warranties") are where money is made by "oops, I forgot to check or uncheck that box" and "oops, I did say no deductible but somehow a $100 printed on the service agreement", and I watch out for stuff like this and sadly I did catch instances of that here as well - and I do not find it acceptable. I get the name of the game, but that is still underhanded and should simply not be a tactic that surely will fly by many other folks. So, in the end - LOVE my car, love the fact that the folks at Countryside made me a deal to allow me to take it home, love that they included accessories that saved me hundreds and thousands, love that they got me a killer finance deal, and love that they did not throw my derriere out the door in frustration. Had the inflated monthly payment and the extended service contract "error" tactics not been attempted, this would have been a six-star review. As it is, it is just a four star (but really a four and a half stars). Walk in here with your eyes open and educated as to the process, and I think you will love the car you get here, enjoy interacting with the people here (while keeping your wits about you about hidden gotchas) and ultimately enjoy the process of car-buying as long as you recognize it as the game of wits and poker-face that it is. :-) read more

My niece was in the market to trade in her vehicle so she came across the dealer and she contacted me and we went there to check out a vehicle she was interested in. She test drove a vehicle and she liked it. The place was clean. And the staff were friendly, but something about when the negotiation starts everything changes. For some reason every time dealers want to mark up their vehicles and throw on fees, but God forbid you negotiate the prices they start looking at you crazy I get it. They're in a business to make money, but doesn't mean you gotta send a person with a payment that will eat up the whole paycheck. After negotiating the trade-in and the new vehicle, they ended up lying on how much the trade-in price would be. Verbally they told us how much they would give us for the trade-in but when it comes to paper, it's a totally different number so my advice for anyone out there be vigilant when signing documents and take your time looking over the purchase order and if the numbers don't add up, please bring it to their attention and let them explain it. I went here last year for some extended warranty work. They were to replace the driver side rear brake caliper. It was a fiasco, enough so that I wouldn't go back there. Now the passenger side caliper needs to be replaced, so I bring it to a mechanic. he runs the extended warranty paperwork, and they tell him that it has already been replaced, and it's not covered, because the clowns at Countryside Mitsubishi told the warranty people that they replaced the passenger side. I have so many mechanical problems within the first 3years, all the repairs I had to pay out of pocket because either my warranty didn't cover it or it was expired. I received a flyer stating I won a prize. That was a pretentious prelude to the disregard of one's time and a scheme to buy a vehicle. I walked into the dealership under the impression that their ill-marketed contest was of legitimacy. I clearly had won the $1000 contest, as well as 3 other men in line for the same reason, same flyer, and "verified" winnings. I clearly read the fine print, it stated to claim the prize inside the dealership, with nothing about the winnings being falsified or if the winnings could be something else. So in good faith, I believed that I would walk out with $1000 dollars and carry on with the rest of my day. I walked into the dealership and was asked to fill out a form. The form was taken, and then told it was the wrong form, to find out it was indeed the correct form. The form also asked for a social security number. People don't give out your personal information for a contest. A "first-day" salesman sat down, and tried to small-talk me, was highly disappointed my husband and I don't go into debt for vehicles and went to get a "higher-up" salesman. That salesman continued to waste my time after I stated I came to claim the prize and did not come to purchase a vehicle and would not purchase a Mitsubishi or a used other brand vehicle. The above salesman clearly didn't like my tone, walked away, handed me a pathetic $1 scratch-off, and had the audacity to say, "If I recommend someone they would give me $200." Even if that statement held an ounce of truth, I would not recommend doing business with this dealership at all. If the goal of the contest was to increase foot traffic, then be clear about your intentions, and state that the intent of the contest is based on a purchase of a vehicle. This is a car dealership, and I understand that it is a societal norm to go into debt to acquire an asset of assumed importance. If you need a car and that is your only resource, then you may not have a choice in the said matter. However, I recommend you do not go to a dealership that is desperate for business but has clear intentions, well-trained employees and they get to the point. Ugh. Buying a car is a pain, let's face it. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. We got the car that we wanted because it was in stock over there. The problem lies with the fact that the salesperson we were dealing with didn't really know the product as well as he could have. Plus, he was pressing us to give him a review before the transaction was finished. I did, as I was caught up in the moment. However, he really should have gotten to know the product much better than he did because we had to look everything up on the Internet and/or Facebook groups. There is a learning curve when it comes to the Mitsubishi PHEV and it would've been nice to have been given a "tour" of the car. Based on the Yelp reviews about the service department, we are a little nervous about bringing it in for its first oil change. I guess we'll have to take a good look at the car before and after. My 2022 outlander was due for its first oil change, i took advantage that the dealer offer me a free oil change. that's when the nightmare started. after about 1 hour of dropping of my truck i get a call that it was ready, i was happy(yeah not so fast). went back pick up my truck did not check anything, after all it was only a oil change at a reputable dealership (right). as i was driving back i start getting an awful smell of gasoline, i thought it was just because it had just been serviced, so i ignore it. when my husband came home we were to go out, only 1/2 mile away from home we decided to go back because the odor was too strong and we were going to pick up our kids. so we decided to go back home and take our other vehicle. my husband decided to investigate why was that odor so strong. well we open the hood and it was such a surprise to see all the motor full of oil all over!! the technician forgot to put the cap back on!!! i immediately call the dealership, left a message with the receptionist. i never got a call back, i called again on Monday and after a few hours they call me back, said they were going to send a tow truck to take the truck back. which they did and didnt hear back from them until i call again 3 days later. please note it was their negligence i dont have a vehicle and they never offer me a temporary car!!! i mean that would have been the least they could do to fix their mistake!!! not only did they not put the cap on the oil, but i noticed a scratch/dent on my glove compartment!!! and a dent on my truck a week later after me calling and getting no answers they finally decided to take my truck back, with what seems to be a nail polish to cover the paint damage, worst than what a 3 year old could have done, i called the dealer manager who never took the decency to return my call. they only offer me a free oil change, but i am so afraid to be back to a place who doesnt know how to treat their customers. we purchase 2 trucks from them. the sales department and fiance are exceptional but their service department has a lot to improve. my recommendation is to always check your vehicle when taking it for service. check it before and after you dont want to find yourself in my situation specially if you have a new vehicle. read more

I was looking for an inexpensive car for my son and found a couple at this dealer. When I inquired about the vehicle listed on thier site i was told that it was sold the previous day. The salesman directed me to another vehicle that appeared to be a good buy. I drove the vehicle and researched when got home for a value on the car. I returned to the dealer and ended up buying. although i did get close to the price i wanted to spend the vehicle only lasted a month before it needed over 1200 in repairs. The dealer may not have forseen the check engine light but they had to have known full well about the oil leaking from underneath.(wet stains from leaks on my driveway when parked) i knew i wasnt getting a new vehicle with no problems but only a month later....pretty unhappy and now im waitng for the repairs to get done and hopefully nothing else goes wrong in the near future. read more

This past August, I learned that Continental Mitsubishi of Countryside had a new owner and I was somewhat concerned. I had always been pleased with the service that I received when this dealership was Continental Mitsubishi. After my  12/9/20 visit, I am pleased to say that I am also pleased with Countryside Mitsubishi!  I had been putting off taking my vehicle in for recalls and finally called to make an appointment.  I was quickly connected to Jack in the Service Dept.  Jack was able to give me an appointment on the day I wanted at a time that worked for me.  I ended up checking in with Jack, who told me only one recall was needed, it would be about 45 minutes or so, and since my friend and I were going for a walk, Jack would call when the job was done. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time.  Jack gave me a Service Summary with some recommendations but no pressure to get them done immediately.  Oh, and this is a nice practice: they sent me a "thank you" email with a scanned copy of the Service Summary for my records.  Unfortunately, on our way home we noticed the air bag light was still on.  We weren't able to return at that time and I called Jack later that day.  He was very nice, said it wasn't on when the car was washed and said to bring the car back when it's convenient.  The next day, I was very impressed when Jasmin called me about it.  She was very nice and seemed sincerely concerned.  She also told me to bring the car back at my convenience.  Overall, I was pleased with my experience.  Both Jack and Jasmin expressed concern about the airbag light and willingness to correct the situation.  Although this is a bit of an inconvenience, I was very impressed with Jack and Jasmin.  For that reason, I am giving Countryside Mitsubishi Service Dept. 5 stars for now. read more

This is the worst experience I ever had with a car dealership company, they quoted me one price and they ended up charging me a different price over thousands of dollars of the original asking price. While this is a used vehicle I was told by management that the car came with its original parts however as I come to find out that was a deception on the sales managers. Regardless of this being a used vehicle I was told by management that this was a car that had all its original parts. I come to find out that this was a deception on managements part regarding the vehicle. I have continuously tried communicating the issues with the service techs and management. I keep getting multiple different responses and that is if I am lucky enough to even get a response. The car has a faulty catalytic converter and a check engine light. Brakes need to be changed, the radio screen on one half of the side did not work and when this was made aware to the sales manager they kept giving me the run around. I am not sure if this is how the entire company operates but considering the fact that's how the management team operates I no longer wish to do business with them anymore. Please be aware of this company as it seems they sell lemons to their consumers. read more

so i purchased a remote start $399. This starter would allow me to start my vehicle using an app meaning i could start my vehicle just about anywhere. I decide not to go with the cheaper version because of this great feature i thought. the cheaper version was like $199. well it has been a little less than a year and i am unable to start my car because you need a membership to use the app. what a disappointment. I paid $399 plus taxes and now if i want to continue to use the app i need to subscribe and pay the fee. i highly suggest going somewhere else's for a remote start install. read more
