This place will never have my business again. I took my brand-new truck to get repaired here, come to find out they recycled one of the parts that they charged for but was supposed to be replaced. Not only that, but they also used an incorrect bolt during the repair causing additional damage. If a screw was lost or misplaced, they should have contacted the insurance or me to ensure repair would be completed with correct screws. I went back to address the issue thinking they would correct their mistake, but they did not. Their customer service was unacceptable. They accused me of causing the damage! Very unprofessional and did not take accountability. This auto shop will be contacted by my insurance for the dishonest and unprofessional repair performed on my vehicle. read more

Getting into an auto accident is always overwhelming on so many aspects, physically, mentally,  emotionally. Always had a feeling of having your guard up going into any auto shop and the stress it can bring. However, Enzenberger and Mitchell had so much patience with my father and I. Lousy and poorly run business. 2 sisters run the shop and are more interested in making money than about how your car is fixed. Cheap parts from junk yard are used to fix cars. When I went to pick up my car I heard one of the owners yelling at their staff. Would never do business here again. read more

I came here last week in hopes of finding a decent used vehicle as they sell used vehicles, aside from repairing them. I was looking for a decent 4x4 of some kind and told the front desk lady that my budget was at around 3 grand. Immediately without hesitation, she starts telling me that everybody wants the best of the best and only want to pay a little. She said she has nothing for me. Way to push $$ business away. Very crass and rude right from the start. She proceeded to tell me that if I'd like to wait 15 minutes and talk to "dad" that I could. I told her I see no point in waiting to speak to her dad because she just finished telling me she has nothing for me. I told her I'd rather not waste his time or mine. So I left, with all the cash I came in with. I wound up buying a Dodge Durango 98' elsewhere in fantastic condition with only 84k miles on it for $2600. So this might be the place to go to if you have a lot of money to fork over to a daughter & daddy duo who treat customers like crap. Excellent service and job well done! My car was in the middle of a chain reaction accident starting two cars back, rear-ending my car and pushing it into a fourth. There was very significant damage to the front and rear of my new Toyota Corrolla. I got it back within a reasonable time looking brand new! The facts that women run the place is awesome and they are sweet and kind is amazing!!! My insurance company had a list of places to take my car for repair and I chose this one because of the yelp reviews. Thank you yelp you always help me with my decisions. The ladies are professional and considerate of their customers' time. Hertz was going to take 30 minutes to pick me up and they said no that's ok we will drop you off no need to sit here for that long. That's bonus points for them. As for my car I am very happy with the repairs. The pin stripe on my car was on point. I should go back and have them do the other side since it's faded and they made the repaired side look so good. They told me it should be done by Wednesday and it was done Thursday afternoon not 3 weeks from the original estimated date. They washed my car in and out and that's an extra touch I was not expecting. These ladies care about their customers and the fact that I am a woman going to a shop that is run by women is fantastic. I didn't feel like I was talked down to like when I go to an all male shop. I was treated as if my aunt was taking care of me. Insurance or not I will be bringing my car here. My bumper was ripped off in Grant Park garage by someone else who parked there. With the weather Enzenberger was swamped. When I told them it was drivable they scheduled an appointment for the next week. They take care of calling for a pick up for the rental, kept in touch about the progress and my Accord looks great. They could not be more conscientious or kind. They detailed the car for me so until the next snow it looked great. I recommend them all the time. read more
