The attendant pushed us hard for several minutes to join the unlimited wash club. No matter how many times we declined, they refused to allow us to pay for a single wash. We were reminded several times that since we were not members, we were "in the slow lane". After the final attempt to sell us, we just said forget it and drove off. Have never seen a business seemingly unwilling to take a customer's money in exchange for a service. Will go out of my way to avoid this place from here on out.

The newer staff loses a star because they put little to no effort in the pre-brushing off of the car (and this is for the past couple years now). Sometimes they barely swipe the brush past the vehicle. This is not going to help with dried bird poop. I pay like $15 or $16 for the wash, tip a few bucks to the pre-brush crew, and a few more to the towel-dry guys at the end (who get an extra star), so over $20. I wish it was 5 stars!
