I was told that they would speak with the manager at the Shelton location. I was given a free wash coupon in an effort to make the situation right. I am happy to say that I did try this location again and the results were very good. They vacuumed so thoroughly that they found a missing umbrella and ear cuffs that I had lost at some point in time. The car was cleaned well inside and out! There were a couple of very minor streaks on the windshield that I cleaned with a paper towel later when I noticed them. I am happy that the company is responsive to customer issues and that they make necessary changes to improve the quality of their service. I am a Splash customer once again!
