He got my engine "jumped" and afterward said that I really should replace it ASAP. I took his advice. I drove to a parts retailer and the woman tested my battery, told me that it was defective. I bought it and she installed it. Things and autos cost money. Well worth it to have a running vehicle.

Months later I had another claim and noticed that they had been paid for a repair they never did nor did they return the payment to insurance company. Wow how dishonest can you get!! It took months and multiple calls to insurance company to finally find someone that cared enough to make it right. I will never do business with a company that makes no effort to return a payment that they did not deserve. This tells how dishonest this company is. Stay as far away from them as you can. I'm sure they have some BS explanation as to why they kept money they didn't earn, but blatant dishonesty is really how they do business.

A driver of this company took my sons VIN # off his car without his…read moreknowledge. he parked in out neighborhood and walked to his car and wrote down the vin and left. now this driver is an acquaintance of my sons as he used to date his daughter a few years ago. when my son when to confront him the owner stated the driver could stop and take a crap and there would be nothing we could do about it. he has been doing this 41 years and there is nothing we can do. there is no repos on the car its paid for. and no issues with the car and 0 need for a tow. VIN was taken for personal reasons unknown. while it is not illegal to record the vin # it is extremely unprofessional and worrisome that this driver is allowed to do this. i will be reporting this in other ways BBB and the attorney generals office for fraud just incase he tries to use it for any purposes.
