I had been on the hunt for a very specific color and trim of the Honda Pilot. I was given a quote from another dealer that was very good, but it was a bit far from me. I hunted around and found what I wanted at Honda of Watertown. After going through the online sales, they said they would beat the price I was quoted. I was skeptical. I read a lot of reviews for the dealer and many of them said they were told the same thing but sales staff wouldn't honor it. But, I gave them a shot because the worst that happens is they don't do it. I'm really glad I went. I worked with Eddy and Marquise, and they did beat the price I was quoted and worked with me on the trade in value of my old car. I came away with exactly the car I wanted at a really great deal, and working with the staff was overall a pleasant experience.

Then proceeds to says we have to drive 9 more miles to another lot behind a car wash and says "oh, here it is". This place treats their customers like trash, including the manager. Please stay away and don't be screwed over by their selling tactics. They take your money and won't pick up the phone for you.
