After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

In June 2022, I signed a contract for a residential swimming pool project and paid a deposit. The agreement was contingent upon securing financing. Despite repeated efforts over more than three years, I was unable to obtain financing and formally canceled the contract on December 15, 2025. No construction work was ever performed. In addition, I personally paid for all permits, permit extensions, and design expenses related to the project. Despite providing documentation showing financing denial and making multiple good-faith requests, the company has refused to refund my full deposit. They have offered only a partial refund, even though the project never moved forward and no services were delivered corresponding to the funds being retained. I was transparent throughout the entire process regarding my financing status, yet that transparency has not been reciprocated since cancellation. Retaining a large deposit under these circumstances is deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, unfair to the consumer. As of March 2026, this matter remains unresolved, and I am pursuing formal complaints and legal options to recover my funds. Consumers should carefully review contract terms and fully understand refund policies before committing to any agreement with this company. Monique

Sorry to have to write a bad review. Bought the Grandee from the Fairfax store about 5 years ago,…read morehas worked great except for the cover lifter. Getting service this year has been a nightmare. I replaced the entire mechanism for ~$1200 last year. This year (in March 2026), it detached from the hot tub, rendering it unusable in the prime spring weather. - I spent the last 10 weeks trying to get someone to come out to repair it (offered to pay full price) but no reponse. - Initially spoke to someone in the service center, who told me I needed a "bracket", and that it was on backorder. - A month later (in April), I reached back out to service center to check on status. I was told the original person I spoke to was no longer with the company, and the part wasn't the issue. - I asked to speak with a manager; was told to speak to Jeff. - Left multiple messages with Jeff, but he never got back to me. -Filled out the "service form", also no response. After 10 weeks, I got fed up waiting and went the DIY route. Located YouTube instructions on how to remove the panel. Once I did that, I saw the plywood they used to re-install cover lifter last year (which bears ~150 lbs of load btw) was only 1/8" thick, which would explain why the mechanism failed. I installed a 1" board, then remounted the screws on the lifting arm and closed up the panel. Fingers crossed, this will do the trick. As mentioned, the tub works mostly as advertised; Hot Springs equipment is great. However Capital Hot Tub doesn't seem to care about customers once they've made their purchase. The whole point of paying a premium price is to avoid this kind of hassle, and not have to DIY fix your stuff on the weekend.

Glad to have finally made this purchase back at the end of 2020 - the hot tub is so therapeutic and relaxing. I especially enjoy it on frigid nights during winter when the sky is clear and I can star gaze for as long as I want. :) Everyone at Capital Hot Tubs has always been wonderful. Purchase, delivery, and installation all went smoothly. Anytime we have needed assistance, they are quick to respond whether it is a question about a replacement part or water quality or even when an exterior panel needed to be repaired, the staff go above and beyond. We…read moreoriginally decided to purchase our endless pool/spa from the Clarksburg Capital Hot Tub Store over 4 years ago after speaking with the manager and owner. They had very good customer service reviews and were very helpful in helping us purchase our pool during the COVID outbreak. They continued to provide good customer service for the next few years but recently the customer service has been terrible. This February I called and left a message about cracks in the end panels of my endless pool. We ended up playing phone tag so I stopped by the store. The representative said they would place the order and that it would take a couple of months to arrive. I had been calling, emailing and stopping by the store periodically from February to July asking about the panels. There was constant confusion, and staff kept citing high turnover as the reason for delays in receiving the panels and for problems locating them in the warehouse. In the beginning of July I emailed and called again. A few days later, I finally got a call saying they could set up an appointment because the panels were in. I didn't doubt that all the panels are in because I was told numerous times that they would not set up an appointment until all the panels were in. Imagine my surprise and anger when the technician came out this week to replace my endless pool/spa panels but only brought one panel with him. (For the most part the technicians have been great and they are the only reason I'm giving 2 stars). The technician, Jay checked the order and said he only saw one panel on order and one panel reserved and that they were the same panel. He didn't see any other panels ordered. Jay apologized and said he would try to order the remaining panels tonight or tomorrow morning. He also said he would talk to Jeff the manager about how mixed up my orders have been and have him contact me. Later that evening Jay texted me to tell me he ordered the additional panels because he didn't see the other panels on order or in their system. I'm confused as to why it was so hard for the service staff to order the proper number of panels but Jeff could do it that evening? If they were only going to replace one panel at a time we could have done this a long time ago. The next day, there was no call from Jeff the manager. So I called and left a message for Jeff. I also emailed the service staff I had been working with and left a message on the website. Still no message from anyone. I called and spoke to Lamar. He said Jay ordered the panels, apologized for the confusion and would have the district manager contact me. This was a few days ago and still no contact from any management. I left another message this afternoon asking for management to contact me. Still nothing. Why is it so hard to receive email responses when I send an email to individuals and the company website? I understand there has been turnover but this is ridiculous! You should not have to go to the store to get responses. I have left numerous messages via email, voicemail, and the website for numerous individuals this week and have yet to receive a response. We purchased from this store based on the reviews, but obviously, the service has seriously deteriorated. So if you are thinking you are going to get that great customer service indicated by old reviews think again!

If there is a knock against Heaven's Garden their plants will be a little smaller than you'd fine in a "Non" Organic Nursery. Last year when they were less busy, Jo walked us around and gave us useful tips on how to plant our brush. The young lady this time explained that even when you do everything right factors like wind, soil acidity, mulching, and fertilizer deficiency can play a part in failure.

When I arrived I was met at my truck by this very friendly woman, who said, "you must be the Peonie lady!" lol! As she was walking me to the "Peonies" I was looking around..very well kept grounds, and all areas of interest were clearly marked with signs telling you what type of plants could be found there. They even had areas marked, "Sun Loving", "Shade Loving" ect.. I was particularly impressed with the ornamental trees...all trees, and plants were extremely healthy and robust. I was told they grow all their wares on the farm just next door, and that it was a family operation. I was really happy with the knowledge, and the attention to customer satisfaction given to me. Loved my experience, and hope everyone gives this hidden gem a try! Kudos to Heaven's Garden!
