I looked it up, saw that 1 1/2" and 2" are the most common. Bought it, took it home, and it's too small. I called them to see if I could return it thinking there would be zero issue with that since I was just in there and they knew that I didn't know what size it was. Nope, they don't accept returns because they cannot return it, apparently. I guess reselling it isn't an option? And the salesperson should have informed me that it wasn't eligible for return once it was opened. Had she done that, I wouldn't have purchased it, I would have went and measured mine first. We won't be doing business with them again, ever. When local businesses stack higher prices AND poor customer service, then it's time to shop online. Update: mine is 1.5" I.D. This product states that it is for a 1.5" discharge pipe. That's obviously not the case, since it doesn't fit like it should. Based on this new evidence, a refund should be issued because the hose doesn't fit, when it should. It's no longer a case of me purchasing the wrong size now. Which still should have been eligible for a refund. Another update: When I called, the salesperson told me that it fits REALLY snug. Oh, so you're aware that this product is trash because you've dealt with this with other customers, yet you're STILL selling this garbage? Find a better product to sell, one that actually fits like it should.

They did earn some stars, charming crew, sales add-on were handled well, in general they were okay to work with, see that other review (harley324) that was while "in process" , it was like that until after "completion". The bad... They had an issue internally communicating the proper liner design (location of stairs) to the manufacturer. With the experience of over 20 or 30yrs I know they saw the issue when installing yet proceeded without saying anything. I am now left with a large white seam, pattern doesn't match, and separated bead on my pool wall that normally is hidden behind steps. The best I got is to quote Steve "it's not going to leak". What is irritating is now my liner warranty is void also, confirmed when I communicated to Latham directly. I had to notice it on my own, find out the root cause Hans and Steve didn't communicate or stay organized with their submittals. They currently have not moved forward with any remediation, hopefully this review will help before it escalates further. I built the waterfall myself since they didn't offer that service. After speaking with the lawyer I found out he's been in trouble with the Maryland home improvement commission a number of times for not being licensed. When the lawyer look him up through public record for the court cases against him, he has three pages. I went to the address that's listed for his business, it is his brothers house. I spoke with his brother for a little while, he was very nice, he had no idea where Kevin was or how to get a hold of him. When I spoke with him he had not seen or spoke to Kevin for about two weeks. If you ask him he's going to say that I was a former employee that he fired, that is definitely not the case. I think all he can do is lie. Take warning of the previous reviews and do not do any business with them.

My husband and I are the test subjects haha seriously in Calvert County there were little choices for a Pellet Stove company and the ones we did see had the worst reviews. We took our chance with this company and hit the jackpot! Customer Service is 100% amazing! Very professional and they know what they are doing! We chose the Rolls Royce of Pellet stoves for our family room and it looks great! They had to work around the stone on our fireplace and unless you are really anal about how you want things it looks great to us. Although the employees did make sure to ask questions and show me continuously what they were doing and if it was okay. They put drop cloths everywhere so my carpet stayed clean and if you check out my pictures they put a little tent up around the area so dust and debris stayed inside. It was not a speed thru job, they were thorough and did everything properly in a timely manner: they were great with my husband and I taking a lot of pictures too. They took out our Gas fireplace that was put in by the builders and replaced it with the pellet stove. They went through the instructions to let us know how it works too. Pretty easy. We spent close to $9,000 and it is an amazing investment. My animals will always be warm for those few cold months and we will definitely save on our electric bills too We had visited a few times before making our final decision and they never rushed us and allowed us to ask the million and one questions we had. Not sure about others experience but we can be a little extra with our questions that would be annoying to some but they really enjoy what they are doing because they didn't get irritated or annoyed. A lot of he said she said why things were not done but never took responsibility. One person told me the pool was too cloudy to put the Polaris in and do a cleaning. Then another person told me we told them not to put the Polaris in and they did do the cleaning. But you said the pool was too cloudy to do the cleaning and put the Polaris in. So something just doesn't add up. The one person's solution was for us to pay them to come and do a cleaning at their normal rate.
