I had some requests which may have been a little odd at first, but LiveWell's courteous, experienced and efficient construction crew was a joy to deal with. They accomplished a significant amount of work from one day to the next. They let me know precisely what they needed and always communicated how they would mitigate interruptions from unforeseen events, such as the recent snowstorms. The elite crew was few in numbers but accomplished so much in a relatively short amount of time. They even impressed others with their professionalism. The main project was to replace more than two dozen rotting boards and the steps on our 20-year-old deck, ensure the structural integrity of the deck, and jack up a corner of the deck that had sunk a couple of inches. He also power-washed the deck and the siding of the house that faced the deck. We also needed work done indoors. He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. He communicated clearly with us throughout every project, made suggestions when he saw something that needed improvement, and always checked with us when a decision needed to be made. In every situation, he did high-quality work in a very timely fashion.
