STAY AWAY - TERRIBLE DEALER…read more I bought a brand new Odes Comrade from Steve Brucher of Northern Power Sports in April of this year (2018) and paid for it sight unseen. It was delivered to my home in Harbor Springs and it sat for two weeks in my barn until I arrived for the summer. To my disappointment and surprise, the speedometer did not work, and the vehicle would intermittently fail to start. I phoned Steve and he was unhelpful, failed to return calls and blamed me for not having the vehicle in gear (as a reason for not starting). He refused to come pick up the vehicle and told me to find a way to get it up to him (2 hours north) for warranty work. Wait, he delivered a vehicle that didn't work!! Finally, he had his Service Manager trouble shoot it over the phone and we found it was a faulty starter solenoid and speed cable. Norther Power Sports was supposed to fed ex me the parts so I could replace them yet they failed to do that too. Finally when I threatened to report them to Odes (which I subsequently did) they contacted their Odes rep who agreed to pay for the transport for repairs. So, it has taken me almost 6 weeks of phone calls, emails and arguing just arrange a pick up (yet to occur). I am very disappointed with how quick Northern Power Sports was to take my money; how they delivered a non-functioning vehicle and how slow and unhelpful Steve has been to resolve my issue. I cannot comment on the Odes quality because I have not had the opportunity to drive and use it. BEWARE....

They had a manager in place that was horrible and could not mkeep up with the jobs. We were a group of 6 that rented 3 (2 doubles). It was most of our first time on a snowmobile and the ride was gentle enough that it was perfect for a beginner. We found another trail though that had tons of bumps which was really fun once we got the hang of driving. I was also hesitant to share instead of rent my own but it's equally as fun being a passenger as a driver so I would recommend sharing to save $$ unless if you REALLY want to drive. We did the 3pm session which was perfect since the sun started to set as we got back. By the time we were on the final part of the trip it turned pretty dark so our lights turned on and made it feel like a whole new experience. I highly recommend - was definitely worth the money and an amazing experience. Thank you Mark!!
