We were a group of 6 that rented 3 (2 doubles). It was most of our first time on a snowmobile and the ride was gentle enough that it was perfect for a beginner. We found another trail though that had tons of bumps which was really fun once we got the hang of driving. I was also hesitant to share instead of rent my own but it's equally as fun being a passenger as a driver so I would recommend sharing to save $$ unless if you REALLY want to drive. We did the 3pm session which was perfect since the sun started to set as we got back. By the time we were on the final part of the trip it turned pretty dark so our lights turned on and made it feel like a whole new experience. We arrived at 3pm after filling out the online waivers, and got equipped with helmets, goggles, and an awesome vehicle with "No Doors" for the kiddos excitement. The GPS made our self-guided experience fun and easy, and the trails were a blast! As a first timer, I found driving the vehicle easy, even on the bumpiest of terrain. Just make sure you turn around at the halfway point of your rental so you have time to make it back! We pulled in a little late because we thought the GPS route was a loop. It is NOT. :) The girls in the shop are awesome, they offered the boys a chance to meet their new puppies, too.

It was the most chaotic, stressful, dangerous thing we've done as a group. Do not do a rafting trip if you think you're going to have any time to enjoy the scenery, talk, or enjoy a family activity. The river was extra fast due to high water levels and there are constant obstacles to avoid. We are all lucky to have made it with only minor injuries. Way too many close calls. It was not just us that were not enjoying our time on the river. Every kayaker and tuber we encountered felt exactly the same way. Several said they'd been crying at times, it was so chaotic.

Upon arrival, we discovered a lady bug/beetle infestation. The dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty and also had beetles on them. The kitchen is also not a full kitchen as advertised. of the two bedrooms, one of them does not have heat, and the other one has a hidden baseboard heater which you are not made aware of. This resulted in us sleeping without heat before the first night. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy. Only 2 of us (out of 6 people) showered the entire weekend as the showers were very unclean. We had dog hair in the sheets of our bed. We realize mistakes can happen with cleaners so tried to work with the property owner, Jeff in hopes of working something out and issuing a partial refund for everything we encountered last weekend. He was very unprofessional and left us no choice but to contact AirBNB for help. After seeing our photos and videos, they agreed that we deserved a partial refund. I just wanted to help inform others to avoid renting from Crystal Adventures at all costs! It was a very unfortunate situation for our family.

Rented a UTV for a day while on vacation. Great communication during the rental process. Once we…read morearrived the UTV was ready for us and we only needed a few minutes to go through the paperwork. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing directions on where to ride, how long to expect various segments to take so we could roughly plan our day and get back on time. The GPS in the UTV makes that even easier. They are about 10 minutes from the trails but you just drive the UTV there on the streets. Very easy to do and super convenient not having to trailer them anywhere. There was a gas station very near the store to fill up for the return so that was easy as well. Definitely recommend them for a day of fun on the trails!
