Cuteness is definitely found here along with fun stationeries and lots of hair accessories though this location in the Waimalu Plaza has the load of BT21 items I've ever seen in a single shop for its cozy size. Pink Box and N.Cat do share the same business as you see the sign on this store as well but it was nice to visit here as they do have slightly different merchandise from the other Kaneohe and Ala Moana location and with lots of free parking making it an easy stop to shop for various reasons...lol! They got great deals to bundle for multiple item purchases so if you're grabbing one for you grab one for someone and the service is very helpful if you're looking for a particular character or item. Thank you!

Not a large store, but they stock something for every taste. So many hair accessories, backpack accessories, stationery & pens, plushies and dolls for little and not-so-little girls! Wide variety of BTS items for everyone! While there, teenagers, tweens, millennials, gen-x-ers alike were browsing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. (I needed translation of something written in Korean.) And they didn't kick me out for taking a ton of photos. I expected to pay a lot for the items I chose, but the prices are very reasonable and some, were downright shockingly low!

If you want local snacks, cheap souvenirs, or just a good walk, this is the place to be. Every time I visit, I end up finding something great, but this specific trip was a massive win. I had been on a hunt for coconut apple (the spongy, sweet embryo inside a mature coconut)...I had been to another marketplace, but this was the spot where I found it. I walked stall by stall, asking the vendors. Some gave me a knowing look, and some didn't, but when I found it, I was happy and able to relive my childhood memories of eating this. Between hunting down rare local treats and scoring great deals on shirts, gear, and random finds, you easily get your dollar's worth here. Just make sure to bring cash, wear comfortable shoes, and get there early before the sun really starts beating down.

Today their sale is buy one get one 50% off. Gotta be on your toes to keep up with the best deal. They do have cute items like Marie from Aristocats, LILO and Stitch, Bluey and I even got a sweatshirt from the old cartoon Oliver and Company. My favorites are Hello Kitty, Strawberry Shortcake and Disney items. I mostly love the clothing and bags. I don't buy too much, but love to just browse. The sales associate asked if I needed any help. She told me about the promos that they were running. If you purchased an apparel item you get the second one for 30% off. They also had their sale racks. They had a 30% off rack and I spotted this read Mulan jacket. It was velvety, smooth and so soft. Plus, it was 30% off. I had to get it. I went to the register and paid for it. It was about $40 with the discount. Did I need it? No. Did I want it? Yes. I knew I should have stayed out of this store, lol.

First, this is on base, so you do need base access, but you do not need to have military ID to make a purchase here. Now that the Trusted Traveler program has been reinstated as Honolulu moves into Tier 3, that can make it a little easier for non-military folks to get here if someone can sponsor you in the gate. This place is a more upscale alternative to the kinds of things you might find at the Stadium Swap Meet, ABC Stores, or similar. Great for gifts and home decor, similar to Soha Living. Not quite everything is locally made, but a significant proportion is. They carry a lot of my favorites - Nick Kuchar prints, Coco Moon for baby gifts, Bradley & Lily cards and notebooks, Pura Vida. The prices are what you'd pay anywhere else, and the money goes to support military-affiliated charities. They have some clothing, keiki stuff, holiday decor, jewelry, jams and jellies, kitchen/bar items, gifts. Hours are mostly mornings (9-1 many days), but they are also open Saturdays. They do close during Christmas/New Years, so keep that in mind if you need gifts. Parking is available right out front, and it's never been crowded when I've come.
