First let me say that Courteous Carpet Care was recommended to me by a family member. Jerry helped her out in the middle of the night when a bathroom pipe busted AND gave her a great price!! Jerry was very accommodating to my busy schedule and super friendly when he showed up. When I mentioned my cousin recommended him he actually remembered her by name even tho the job he'd done for her was several months ago. We just leased a house but haven't moved anything in yet. The house has been empty for a year and had an awful musty smell and in places a faint smell of cat urine! The carpets are a cream color and have apparently never been cleaned. There were stains everywhere and the high traffic areas were dingy and gray. I had to leave on an emergency while Jerry was here. When I came back 2 hrs later he was gone and had locked up the house for me (which we agreed on when I left). The carpets look almost new and smell fantastic!! I couldn't of asked for a better job. Mr. Lawson was outstanding. On time,Very courteous,and willing to go the extra mile. I had a few pet stains in the living area and one in the back bedroom so I decided to find a local carpet cleaning company.Courteous Carpet Care caught my eye with their Pet Odor Specialist logo so I called. They where able to come out the very next day. When Mr. Lawson arrived he asked me a few questions about the carpet and then pulled out a magic light. He had me put on a pair of yellow glasses and turned off the lights.At that time I thought we were going to watch a 3D movie or something.I WAS WRONG! There were about 30 pet stains just in that room.I couldn't believe it. At first I was Furious. After explaining the situation and the final cost we both came to a reasonable agreement and I decided to let him proceed.Let me tell you! I called Courteous Carpet Care to come clean my carpets and furniture after my dog suddenly began marking in the house despite being potty-trained for years. Jerry came in and fixed me up! He was very friendly, honest about the work needed, and up front with his pricing. He worked for several hours and I couldn't be happier with the results. He said the odors might last a couple of days and to call him if I wasn't satisfied, and he'd come back. It's always a little unnerving inviting strangers into your home, but I would recommend Jerry and CCC to anyone. Jerry and his brother showed up on time and were very good at explaining to me what needed to be done to remove the stains from the cat and dog urine that had occurred on my carpet over the past year. Having 2 cats and 3 dogs I was concerned about the outcome being very good, but Jerry was confident he could help me while still establishing reasonable expectations. I couldn't be any happier. My carpet looks like new in my 2 guest rooms and in the master bedroom where the stains and traffic were the worst, I can't see any evidence of even the worst areas and the whole carpet has been "revived". I called to have carpet in one room stretched- i got a quote for $159. Jerry did it for $89, giving me a special from facebook (even though I didn't find it myself). Months later our office flooded and soaked the carpet. The strips on the walls made the walls wet. After rescheduling a big carpet company twice (because of them) I remembered Jerry who came out immediately and peeled the strips, drilled holes, killed the mold, and set up his big fans in an hour. Had a stain that I could not remove prior, informed me while he would try his best that it might remain, so was extremely honest. But happy to say the stain is GONE! I have several Persian rugs I bought in Iraq when I was deployed with the Army. The rugs are high quality so I was hesitant at first, because I didn't want them to get damaged. Jerry made sure I understood the whole cleaning process, which eased my anxiety. The rugs look like new. Experience was amazing. I was skeptic how well of a job I would get being so close to Christmas. Carpets looked almost brand new again. The shine on the floor was better than when we bought it.
