From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. They were easy to get a hold of - got me on the schedule for the free inspection later that same day - very impressive. Cameron came and did a very thorough inspection even looking inside the plenum, coil and HVAC unit in my attic. Along the way he pointed out everything that was a concern and things that weren't a concern. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in so many suggestions on how to tackle the issue. He gave several different options and left it up to us to decide - zero pressure! They did a full duct cleaning, and their HVAC restoration service where they clean out the plenum and the coils. We also had them do a dryer vent cleaning which was long over due. When the work was finished Cameron had several pictures and videos documenting what was done - with absolute confidence in their work it was worth every penny. In my opinion at a very reasonable cost as well. Cameron and his crew were very professional and courteous of our home and cleaned up after their work flawlessly. Gotta say I was also impressed by the gentleman who answers their phone calls - so sorry I forgot his name - but he answered quickly every time and was very courteous - there was one single time I had a question I called and it went to voicemail so I hung up. It was during the lunch hour so I didn't want to bother them and decided to call back later. Not a minute later I received a call back from this gentleman saying he just got a missed call and how can he be of service! Beyond impressive. Also their follow up "thank you for your business" was a wonderful refreshing surprise - such a nice touch you don't see from a lot of service providers these days. We had D'Andre quote us traditional remediation (pulling up our floors and cleaning the existing subfloor) as well as pulling up our flooring, old subfloor, and replacing the subfloor. D'Andre was very responsive and helpful at first, and we ultimately went with the subfloor replacement option. We signed the contracts, paid 50% up front and got scheduled (quoted 7-10 days). That is where our good experience ended. - Our start date got pushed out the night before by one day - not a huge deal as we could still be back in our house by thanksgiving but still a waste of a day in Airbnb fees. - The next day, Tuesday, the "crew"... 1 guy... had a flat tire and did not show up until noon and still only worked until 5pm. Now we are 1 1/2 days behind.... IT GETS MUCH WORSE - We have cameras on our house and could see as the two people who were now working on our house were taking 3.5-hour lunch breaks, showing up very late, or just sitting in the van for an hour. D'Andre was unresponsive until I asked for someone above him to speak to about my concerns. He assured me they would work over the weekend and that we would be ready for post clearance testing by Monday. No one showed up at all over the weekend, and D'Andre did not respond when I let him know this. Monday, D'andre said to move post testing to Tuesday as they would be ready by then, and one guy showed up at 9:30am, loaded up equipment, and left. - I called the corporate phone number and Mike McDowell took over. This is now two days before thanksgiving, and we have no hope of being back in our house by the holiday. By the time the new actual crew was ready for post testing, which I had to keep rescheduling with the mold consultant, it was Thursday 12/2. They left visible mold growth on a bathroom wall from behind a baseboard. Our mold protocol stated if there was mold behind baseboards to cut two feet up the sheetrock. Breath Pure did not come back until Monday 12/6 at night to remove sheetrock. They also wanted to charge us an additional $1100 and would not do more work until we approved because sheet rock removal was not in our quote. - We finally got full clearance on Friday 12/10 and they were going to start the new subfloor the next day. They were having an electrician install it that does framing on the side to be cheap. They were also going to use 1/2 inch osb roof sheeting to be cheap, even though our contract stated subfloor which would indicate tongue and groove sheeting. They also were not going to be using subfloor adhesive, only nails. My husband let them know it needed to be done right and approved an additional cost AGAIN. - No work was done on Saturday, no one showed up on Sunday, and still, no one on Monday 12/13. We have tried to contact Mike McDowell and the corporate number multiple times, and no one returns our calls / texts. We paid 50% up front on the subfloor reconstruction and the company has done no work on it and is now unresponsive. - We have paid an additional 6k in VRBO / Airbnb due to this company's delays and had to move 6 times with our 7-year-old daughter. (Availability of Airbnb / vrbo is hard to come by over the holidays). - This company has now pretty much stolen our money and not done the work, ruined our thanksgiving holiday (spent in a hotel because we were told right up until two days before that the house would be done by D'Andre), and now we are coming up on Christmas. - I would like a response from this company or our 50% deposit on the subfloor reconstruction refunded.

It ruined 4 bedrooms worth of carpet, and my laminate flooring in the living room. I called Jerry at Paul Davis Emergency Services on Sunday morning. He was out to my house within a few hours, he did a detailed inspection of my house, talked to my insurance company, and explained what would need to be done to fix the problem. He provided a detailed estimate the next morning. He came back out Monday morning, removed all the damaged flooring, cleaned up the mess, and placed dehumidifiers and air handlers through the house. During the whole process Jerry was courteous, professional, and went out of his was to help me. He came back twice during the drying process to check on the house.
