I'm excited to be First Choice Floor Care's first official yelp review. It can be a little confusing because I believe they also are the owners of Simply Rug Cleaning and possibly even Rugs by Suggs?? Regardless, these guys are awesome. They're quick to respond, on time, and just all around pleasant. I'm not gonna lie, I ask a lot of questions about the services I pay for because I have learned the hard way when you don't ask you can end up feeling ripped off afterwards when vendors up pricing for things you didn't think of. I learned my lesson, but even still both Spencer and Travis were seriously the coolest guys to talk to. Spencer was so nice and so patient with me. He answered every question I had. When Travis arrived to clean my couch he explained everything again and gave his best suggestions. (I have an old velvet fainting couch). Neither of them come off as used car salesmen which is what I'm used to and they both have a great sense of humor. So far my couch looks great. So much better than before. Travis even threw in getting rid of a little spot by the door from a previous tenant. These guys are just really great. If you need any carpet, floors, rugs, sofas, etc cleaned, I highly, HIGHLY recommend Spencer and Travis. Most carpet cleaners are a dime a dozen. We have all heard the $39 for 3 rooms, etc. Well Simply Carpet and Oriental Rug Cleaning are a cut above in terms of quality and results. Ryan and Spencer know their business, understand the science of carpet cleaning, are professional, honest, fair, and have a great customer first focus. I had them clean carpets in several rooms and address pet accidents in two of my kids rooms. They were somewhat more expensive than those cheap discounters, but guess what....their work and results were far superior. In the past I have had to have the discounters come back and the carpets never were great in my view (which is why I always try someone different each time). With Simply Carpet Cleaning, the carpets have remained clean. They understand the chemistry of the stains and are certified in several areas. On the pet stains they warned us up front they may have to come back to touch up. Some did require touch up as they had forewarned, but they came back for no additional cost and the carpets look great. I will not hesitate to recommend these guys to friends and will not hesitate to use them again when my carpets need to be cleaned. read more

My technician, Eric, provided awesome customer service and provided me honest feedback about the service I chose vs the condition of my carpets. Though I rent and the cleaning was a requirement to fulfill my move out agreement, Eric still treated me as a valued customer and offered recommendations for add on items that might make sense. Though I didn't take him up on these, I appreciated him offering and it gave me a better idea of the services offered by Simply Carpet in case I need them again or need to refer them to a friend. My experience has taught me you get what you pay for. Such is the case with Helix. They were a little more than Dalworth or Stanley but their thoroughness, method of cleaning, and results are superior. Add on top of that, Helix's commitment to customer service. I had aa plethora of dog urine stains which Helix treated, down through the pad, with a special enzyme solution. They explained that there may be some residue in some places after the carpet had dried but and that they would come right back out to do a final treatment at no cost, which they did. If you want great results and great customer service, I recommend Helix. They definitely care about doing it right. read more
