Hate having to give 1 star!!! I honestly wanted to use a local business, but will always think twice now! I rarely have to write such a scathing review but the lack of response from the company has left me no choice. We had our (less than 2 year old) cream colored sectional cleaned to the tune of $300. After drying- the entire sofa looked like a dirty dishrag. The owner assured me she would make it right but kept making excuses for not being able to come back out to remedy and eventually went radio silent. Thank goodness for Zerorez!! I really hate to give a one star rating because I've used Cheryl twice in the past and was very happy. I'm not sure why but this experience, or lack of has been very different. I reached out to Cheryl via yelp and she responded, we set a date for her to come out after getting a quote. A few days later, I realized a later date would work better and I tried to call, text, email, reach her through her business Facebook messenger, yelp again, for over a week and numerous times each method. I never got a response back from her and then the day came for her to come to my house and she was a no show. I am hoping she is ok, because I don't understand why she went MIA. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. I don't know how this company has so many good ratings. They refused to clean my mother's carpets, who is 70 and spent two days moving heavy furniture out of the rooms, because the carpet was "too dirty." Well, duh...that's why they need to be cleaned. Then, while my mother was trying to speak to him about the issue, he walked out, without a word, and closed the door in her face. This is unacceptable in so many ways.
