Customer. Service. Bottom line. I only met and worked with Joe. I'm guessing his employees are of a similar mind. This is the place to go for auto body repair. Visiting from California, Thanksgiving week, late afternoon Wednesday. Driver's door window stuck in the down position. We're driving home Friday. I pulled into Courtesy Auto Body on a whim. It's closing time, but Joe goes out, makes a quick diagnosis, says that since we couldn't wait for parts, he can get the window propped up so we can drive home to Cali without the noise and visual confusion of plastic over the window opening. I bring it in Friday morning. Joe makes the temporary fix. Tells me the exact problem. We hit the road. Long drive. No window issues. If you are reading this review trying to decide on a shop for your car, do not hesitate to at least call Courtesy Auto Body. You will not be wasting your time. We stopped by to get an estimate on some front bumper scuffs that happened due to an unfortunate patio umbrella incident that had occurred due to a runaway umbrella from a coffee shop front seating area. The guy that we spoke to took a look at the damage and said "I can take care of that really easily". He went to get a bottle of some kind of cleaner/solution and was able to rub out the marks in seconds. He didn't charge us a cent and sent us on our merry way. He was fantastic and we can't say enough great things about this company. If and when we do actually need any body work/repairs done we will definitely be coming back to them. read more

This place deserves more than 5 stars. The owner has been beyond kind to me. I came in with my wrecked 2010 Toyota Corolla and they fixed it in a timely manner. My car was in fantastic condition after they were done with it. They saved me so much money I was shocked!! The owner took his time to listen to my concerns and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to satisfy me. When I mean above and beyond I truly mean it!! I will NEVER go anywhere else to fix my car! My side mirror broke (my fault) and my wheel liner fell out (also my fault) and the owner helped me install the new side mirror (I purchased) and installed the wheel liner (also purchased) I have never experienced such amazing customer service as I have here at courtesy auto body. I am a first time customer at this business, and I was so impressed with their work that I told them I was going to do this Yelp review for them, even tho at 72, doing anything on a computer is a real challenge (but I got my daughter to help). So that's how impressed I was with them. It is a small operation with a woman owner who has been in the business 26 years, and whose people understand the concept of customer service (so rare these days). I felt they really listened and took great pains to meet my needs. One night I needed something out of my car while it was still in the shop, so drove by at eleven at night with my extra set of keys in hand, hoping it was still parked outside, and they were still there, hard at work, getting a car finished to keep to their schedule of when they had promised it. I hope not to need their service again soon : ), but am certainly going to recommend them to all my friends. read more
