Wow. I brought my Jeep in for brake diagnostics and a recall repair. While it was there, they called to say a rusted exhaust clamp needed replacing and recommended new spark plugs and an oil change. I normally never use dealerships for service, but since the car was already there, I agreed. They also offered to replace the caliper but said the bill would be over $2,000 in total. Obviously, I declined. When I picked up the vehicle, I was still shocked by a $1,200 bill. Front desk told me everything done was absolutely necessary, so I paid. Oddly, right before I pulled out of the lot, she had me sign the itemized bill I had already just paid. Later, I reviewed the invoice with someone knowledgeable about cars and learned I'd been taken advantage of. The dealership claims it's their policy to always do a tune-up when replacing spark plugs ("that's just what we do"), and that a tune-up automatically includes an air induction service--totaling $700! That is simply not true and should have been explained and offered as an option, not slipped in as mandatory. Again, I would never pay for service at the dealership because it always costs about twice as much as anywhere else. I only came here for brake diagnostics and a recall repair... Then had the displeasure of speaking with the service manager, Austin. He told me I must be " numb to cars" whatever the hell that means and basically started getting an attitude with me and told me he wasn't going to do anything for me Terrible service. I asked why I hadn't been contacted and she stated she called two days but gave me the wrong phone number. Unfortunately, can't leave 0 stars. Recently purchased a certified preowned 2023 Jeep from Courtesy which had less than 11,000 miles. Since I live 3 hours away, I paid additional fee for them to deliver the car. When the car arrived a few days later, there was an issue preventing the car from being able to accelerate and pick up speed. Their delivery person also acknowledged the issue. When I called Courtesy to let them know of the issue, they said not to worry. Since the Jeep was a certified preowned, it was had a full warranty so all I needed to do was take to my local Jeep dealer to have resolved. A bit of a pain, but not that big of a deal. So I did exactly that. Few days later, found out from the local Jeep dealership that the issue was the clutch which was completely destroyed and needed to be replaced. They said there was no way the car left the Courtesy dealership in good condition and this could not have happened in the 200 miles it was driven for delivery. And unfortunately, since this was not considered normal wear and tear, so was not covered under the warranty which Courtesy assured me covered everything. So I would have to pay for the cost of the repair. When I called back and spoke to management at Courtesy, they were annoyed to be even dealing with the issue and they refused to take any accountability. They said I should be happy with the price I paid for the car and that if I wasn't happy then I shouldn't have accepted the car at delivery. Even though at the time of delivery they insisted that the easiest solution was to have it fixed at a local dealer since it was under warranty. Clearly they knew the car had an issue and were doing whatever they could to take advantage and get it sold. Incredibly unethical and then to not be willing to take responsibility is terrible. I should have been smarter and just not accepted the car, but never did a think a dealership would be so unethical and not stand behind what they sold. So be very careful what used car you buy there. Especially if they try to charge extra because they say it's a certified pre-owned. read more

For clarity of this review I will begin by saying, Amber (my service consultant, did an amazing job. I will ALWAYS come back to see her for anything involving our van because she was great. This review is about the rest of the staff and though they had no interaction with me, they ALL (with the exception of Amber and a young, African American woman who was in the sales department, seemed to preoccupied to speak or even acknowledge I was there. Bigger than that is the fact that after I had released my vehicle, Amber let me know that a shuttle would be available to take me back home. I waited in the wait area for approx 8 minutes after being told he would return shortly. I went to back to inquire what his eta would be and was told 10-15 minutes. I waited, and yet again went back to inquire when he would arrive and two OTHER service center workers stated he was there and had just left. Amber (bless her heart) called him again only to be told it would be another 20 minutes. It is SHAMEFUL to have a great associate doing her best to help a customer, be ignored. Maybe even lied to. I know he was told I was there waiting. He arrived, 1. Didn't let Amber know he was back? 2. Didn't actively search the area for any riders? 3. Didn't take time to regard a customer who is stranded. It was never clear that he may be dropping off or picking up another customer. He was just riding around is what I make up from the calls and stated times of returning. Find a shuttle driver that is COMPANY/ CUSTOMER focused and available to do what he's THERE to do instead of joyriding and leaving customers stranded. I don't know what his issue was or what he had going on but I DO know, he WAS NOT in place on a day where there wasn't a line of people waiting. It was just me, in a huge waiting area ALONE. We have excellent insurance, and this dealership not having a loaner car is another issue entirely. Maybe if I had purchased our van from THIS dealership, I would have received a different level of service yet, it's highly doubtful based on the level of enthusiasm I experienced by everyone OTHER THAN Amber. Top this off with being taken home by one of the lowest energy people I've been around in a while. Wore his earbuds all the way home, spoke to his GF on the phone and wasn't the least friendly or engaging. Do better guys, this totally tarnished the great service I received from your service tech. And they don't care. Apparently it's my fault for buying a used car and driving 500 miles to another state. Because used cars aren't capable of driving that distance without the engine blowing. They offered zero assistance. Trust me they are all about making commission. After the deal is done you can kiss their A S S ! lol but it's okay because karma doesn't miss. I left a message at least two weeks ago but still no call back I came in for an oil change and alignment, but a week after leaving i got a message saying oil change due, and my oil level is low. So now It feels like I got ripped off for over $200 and they have been getting my business for YEARS not to mention the rim and tire they messed up as well. I found this car through TrueCar for $33,367 and set up a test drive when the dealer contacted me. I was satisfied with the car and purchased it that day. I signed all the forms, and the car was delivered two days later. Afew days later, I went through the document package and could not find a sheet detailing the price breakout on the car. I called the dealer and he sent over the form they had neglected to provide me at the time of purchase (see below). It showed that they had charged me the MSRP instead of the TrueCar price, a difference of $1298 plus sales tax. I told them that the price was not what we agreed on. The manager said they would not change the documentation. They would not honor the TrueCar price. It should have a simple matter for the dealer to cut a check for the difference, but they chose to overcharge me, hide the form that showed this, and then not honor their agreement when caught. read more

Courtesy, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram does not act in a professional way with their customers. They are not reliable, not respectful and not responsible. they are a rip off !!!! This is the worst service I've ever received. I don't know who took over this dealership, but it should just close it down! They claimed it was better after the service rep sent my car home with no antifreeze in it 5/31/2023 after paying for all of my fluids to be topped off and from my oil to be changed. They have not demonstrated any honesty with me. I guess I didn't think I wasn't listening or because I was a woman I was stupid or didn't think I was coherent because I was a explain to them multiplications that I was battling a brain tumor and could not keep coming back-and-forth to the dealership. I have documented many videos pictures file records as well from previous visits. I have been a long time customer and I started having problems with this dealership after one of the service managers asked to buy my car and I said no. Since then, my car has came back to me low on transmission fluid low, no antifreeze and low on oil or even not having my oil changed since it wasn't reset to show the mileage at all after an oil change, so I'm not sure if they even changed my oil at all. What I do know is I've paid for my car to be rewired because they said I needed it because my battery kept going dead and after getting my car back, they never put my carpet back in place or the fact that they never hooked up all of my lights in which I had to go back down there on two different occasions for them to re-connect my fog lights in the front of my car. And they did not want to create a write up to show that I had came back for that. They blew my speakers in my car. They also don't honor any work that they've done which should be warranted. I went in my fuse box only to realize that nine of my fuses were missing the relays don't match the relays in my Jeep warranty book and the fact that I took my car last year November 30, 2024. Because a hot oil light was flashing on my dashboard no check engine light, but my fan was coming on and even after our YouTube it and it said to change relay five and eleven and I told the service manager that he told me I need to drop my transmission pan and change the filter. That did not rectify nothing. I pick my car up and the same day. My hot oil light came back on. And I have time stamp and dated videos that will show the light came back on the same day of pick up. I called the dealership immediately and told them and every time I would come down there the manager would not want to write it up, but would tell me they couldn't check it in due to the light not being on at the time, that he wouldn't be able to get a reading even after I showed him the videos and how my temperature hand came right up on the same day. I got my Jeep out the shop, he did that to me for about a year. Even after I told him that I was battling a brain tumor and I could not keep coming back-and-forth to the dealership to rectify something that they should have already taken care of. The last time I came back in there which was 11-10-25. And they closed out my car ticket11/25/2025. upon picking up my car, not only will you see that my tire was low due to somebody running over a nail I had to get my tire plug and you'll see a video of me leaving the dealership with my tire low you'll see me and my son putting air in my tire do somebody flagging me down on Turner Hill Road after leaving the dealership. I will also show you pictures of my current mileage and and you can see the pictures of the mileage on the service reports. This dealership is garbage and I don't think I would be taking my car there again. Not to mention how in the hell did my brand new headlights get scratched up? I'm going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Consumer Protection office, Federal Trade Commission well as filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. I've purchased 3 vehicles from here (two before they moved from the Conyers location to the Stonecrest location), and while the sales staff are pretty great including their manager, the service department are the same trash employees that they had in Conyers. If you are a COVID denier, you need come here with bells on. Even during the height of the pandemic, not one of those hillbillies in the service area wore masks. Considering they all have smokers coughs, you're gonna be breathing in SOMEthing from them. Complete lack of professionalism otherwise. Employees at the counter will not acknowledge you until you say something to them. They misplace keys and paperwork on the regular, different service advisors give different quotes, and once they finish a shift don't/won't let their coworkers know where they've left customer information. I recently picked up my truck after an oil change. The only employee at the desks was a middle-aged yokel with a beer belly and tattoos everywhere, who did not take customers in the order they arrived, but rather skipped around and selected who he wanted to assist. After 20 minutes a manager came out, and I (pretty vocally) let him know what Jim-BobJoe was doing. The manager just chuckled a hyuck and went to get my vehicle, and added a "well aren't ya glad I helped ya instead of him harhar?!" Then they have the nerve to call/text/email/send pigeons, begging you to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Go elsewhere folks.... read more

This is not going to be a nice review. We purchased our 2023 Willy in October of 2022. We had the Jeep for less than a month (early to mid November) and it DIED. We contacted Jeep and they scheduled for the Jeep to be diagnosed by one their technicians at our home, he couldn't determine the problem so they scheduled for it to be picked up and sent to Ed Voyles Jeep, not the dealership that we purchased it from BUT we were told that because of the distance from Courtesy Jeep it would be taken to Ed Voyles. First of all I understand that Jeep is backed up and it may take somewhat longer for service. Our jeep sat at the dealership, remember a 2023 brand spanking new WILLY for two weeks without one call from the dealership as a follow up, letting us know anything. We finally went there and was ignored, over looked for more than 20 minutes. Finally, a young aftrican american lady spoke with us, we told her why we were there. She advised whom we needed to speak with and he has yet to assist us. The Jeep DIED no apparent reason given from the service team but they would get back with us. After another 4-5 days they contacted us and told us that the jeep was ready from pick up. We arrived to pick it up, no apologies, no car wash, no explanation. As a matter of fact they advised us that they were not sure what caused the Jeep to die but it's fixed now. Hmmmmmmm, ok. What did you guys do, it took a jump. REALLY, YOU KEPT MY JEEP FOR A TOTAL OF MORE THAN 18 DAYS TO SAY IT NEEDED A JUMP! Now moving onto Courtesy Jeep, Low and behold our 2023 Willly Jeep dies again, luckily both times the jeep was at home and upon us going to drive it, we discovered it's dead. Thank GOD we weren't on vacation, miles away from our home etc....... This time we call Courtesy, although we did contact them the first go around and they advised that Ed Voyles was a certified dealership and they can do just as much as Courtesy can do. Long story kinda short our 2023 Jeep DIES again in December just before Christmas and we call Courtesy. We speak to the salesman Calvin, tell him the situation and ask if he can arrange for our Jeep to be towed to Courtesy this time. He advised that he need to get back to us after he speaks with his superior, REALLY! That should have been an easy Yes, we will have it picked up and towed here. Nope, not at all Calvin advised us that they will not have our 2023 Willy towed to their location. If we want it towed there, because remember it's DEAD we will be responsible for the tow. Well we live in Cobb County which is over 45 miles to Stonecrest, Courtesy Jeep but we bit the bullet, paid for the tow and sent it down there. No courtesy call stating that the jeep arrived securely, we called and was told that it was there. The jeep 2023 remember was there for more than 5 days with no follow up. Promises from Reggie Mitchell, Jonathan, and Calvin that we will call you, keep you informed etc. These guys are not a man of their words. We spoke with each of them here or there, giving the run around. Finally, they discovered the problem, repaired the Jeep and guess what they actually DELIVERED IT TOO US! The jeep arrived with a full tank of gas, not detailed as a courtesy, no offers as far as a credit to purchase accessories for the jeep. He lied to me (3) times. 1st about if the truck had a smoke smell, she said it did not (meaning he saw the truck) 2nd I told him I would come by in the morning, he said he had the keys in hand. (Meaning the truck was there) 3rd I text him to see the truck and asked it truck is still there, "yes sir it is". I bought a vehicle last week from courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram my salesman Jamar was extremely kind and very helpful and for that I am grateful however I was told that my vehicle would be detailed and sitting out front because I was sending my brother-in-law to pick it up for me. I was too busy working to go to Georgia when he got here the truck it was in the dark, but leaving in the morning was due all over the truck and working throughout the day I did not realize that there were scratches in this beautiful black paint and swirl marks through the entire truck when I called I asked to speak to the auto manager, and when I explained my situation, he laughed when I told him I thought it was not funny. He hung up on me, called back and asked the operator to connect me to the store manager , three hours later, I did not get a call back. I reached out to the service department and gave her the same notes that I had received a truck that was less than acceptable, she said sir that should've been taken care of before you took possession of the truck, but . No worries we will get someone on the phone with you. it has been five hours and no return phone call from the manager of this establishment. Absolutely I unacceptable. service . It's been 2 hrs and 30 mins since I came in for an oil change. Still haven't gotten the truck back yet, but I've seen vehicles that don't have waiting customers already finished. I've worked for a dealer as a lube tech and a line tech, and I know it doesn't take 2hrs and 30 mins to do an oil change. I did just receive my summary and added services recommended, and then it told me that my truck would be ready by 12:30. So if that's true I will be waiting here for 4 hours and 30 mins for a 20 min oil change. Service advisor was great though, technician doing the services? My daughter took her car to their service department back in June because it was cutting off. They did the recalls that were needed. Then after an diagnostic they reported to us that it needed a catalytic convertor and 2 oxygen censors. Thank God she did not have the money at the time they gave the estimate of $4500.00 When we decided to get the work done and order the part, It took forever to obtain the part and they kept giving us a date that it would come in and that date would come and go. It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. Finally my husband got involved and started calling around to find someplace that works on exhaust systems in that area. We found Greg's automotive up the street. Explained the problem to him. He reported it did not sound like a a catalytic convertor. Took the car from the dealership. Had the car back in 2 days from Greg. Turns out it needed a valve cover gasket and a complete tune up. Cost of all of $342.00. These people were going to rip us off and not have any integrity about lying about what the vehicle needed. We will never ever go back to this dealership. I took my car for an oil change on a Saturday first time at that dealer they called and the texted me at least 3 times that day asking if I wanted to sell my car I can make money by selling it and some other none sense. I didn't really drive the car till that monday all of a sudden I here a rubbing sound coming from under the car some where and a clicking noise when I shift in park or out of park before that Saturday I never had one issue with my car. I called them they told me to bring it back so they can take a look at it after they looked at it they're telling me about a code that'd coming up but the wait time to fix it can be about 9 months unbelievable if I did still have a warranty they wouldn't be saying it takes that long beware of some of these dealers they want to sell cars at any cost you ho in for a simple service and come out with major issues it's not about maintaining your car it's about trading it in so they can make more money off of you. read more

Last week, I pulled into Courtesy for normal maintenance, oil change, tire balance, rotation and alignment. Was here well over 4.5 hours for the above services. Now I'm back due to my car pulling to the left and making a noise. While typing this review, one of the service techs tells me the reason my car is making a noise and pulling to the left is the four wheel alignment was not completed properly and he will fix it and wash my car. Well by now I've been waiting 2.5hrs just for this update and will have to wait another hour for the work to be completed and road test. If your pressed for time, go somewhere else. Could not recommend this place any less. Negative starts if I could. My battery died (didn't know that at the time and was scared it was something more serious as every MIL possible had lit up) and they tried to charge me $1000 to replace my regular and auxiliary battery. i was working with Amber and told her I'd only be paying for the diag fee which was at 1 hour. The car sat for 10 days before Amber let me know that was the problem, so i told Amber over the phone that I wasn't going to be going forward with the repair, just the diag cause that's absurd for a battery replacement (07/17) 5:26pm. the receptionist is arguing with me that I'm going to have to pay $450 for the diag. When i tell her that's not what amber told me, she asked me "do you have the recording of her saying that." Excuse the hell out of me? Why do i have to have a recording of someone??? She had an attitude the whole time and it's ridiculous - if it were her car, she'd be upset that a freaking diag fee was double what you were told it was. Anyways, I go to get my car from the lot and the engine compartment and the gear shifter is disassembled after I told amber on Monday that I'd be picking it up that Thursday? If it was possible to leave a half star rating, then I would have. This dealership has the worst establishment in terms of parts, repair, auto maintenance, and service. Every time I have dropped my brand new Jeep off for anything, there's always a problem. Whether it's from forgetting to put a cap on after an oil change, or smearing grease and mud all over my leather interior after they were in my Jeep, it is always low quality standard of care. Clearly the negative reviews seem not to bother the staff or management there because nothing had changed. today was no exception: they were supposed to change the oil and rotate the tires and they had six hours, yes that's right SIX hours to complete this, it still was not done. Like others have mentioned, If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS - I would! AVOID AT ALL costs. I took my vehicle in for (extended) MOPAR Warranty work. They had my vehicle 5 days short of a month. ZERO - NOT ONE CALL OR TEXT from them. I had to imitate all calls. Placed on hold at minimum 15 minutes if I did get an answer....most time were 20-30 minute total hold times. I have a tracker on my vehicle. Someone one riding around in it last week for over a half hour...have the pix of the tracking to prove it! Is this a test drive? All over town? I can't wait to pick up the vehicle tonight and see how many miles extra are on it now. Also will be very curious if work is even done correctly. Needless to say based on the Service Dept. experience here....I wIll NEVER return, and although I've bought 3 new cars from Dodge in last 6 years......I WILL NEVER BUY OR VISIT THIS DEALER AGAIN! While the whole truck buying experience was rather smooth. And I was relieved to get rid of my 2006 which i got virtually nothing for in trade. The price for the truck i bought as per their add was not the price they charged me! the add stated a price of 57900 hundred and some change but i was charged for 60678 list which was not advertised and ultimately 64694 plus change was how the financing started which surprised me when i reread thru the papers afterwards. Also surprised to find i had to pay Georgia sales tax as well as having to pay almost 7% sales tax to title my truck in Pa when i get back home thats an extra 4000 to finance that is bullshit. So even with the 10000 down between trade and cash the total still ended up being 58571.39. Anyway the point here is take it slow when your going thru all the loan paperwork and make sure what they are charging you is what they advertise in the add . What is done is done! I brought in my 06 Charger due to overheating. The first visit regarding this issue, I was the car needed a new thermostat as well as the housing...this had just been done 2 months previously. I asked was the head gaskets going bad. Of course the answer was no. Less than 2 weeks later, the car began to overheat...again. I returned it to the shop and was advised that it needed a new cap. I drove it for a short time, then parked it. On the 18th of August, I began to drive it daily. On my way to class, September 6th, the car began to overheat, so I had it towed back to the dealership. That Friday, I received a called there was a small leak in the head gasket and by my car having so many miles on it the recommend I replace the engine. They knew those head gaskets needed to be replaced from day one! SMH.........
