    They wont make it right

    I found this car through TrueCar for $33,367 and set up a test drive when the dealer contacted me. I was satisfied with the car and purchased it that day. I signed all the forms, and the car was delivered two days later. Afew days later, I went through the document package and could not find a sheet detailing the price breakout on the car. I called the dealer and he sent over the form they had neglected to provide me at the time of purchase (see below). It showed that they had charged me the MSRP instead of the TrueCar price, a difference of $1298 plus sales tax. I told them that the price was not what we agreed on. The manager said they would not change the documentation. They would not honor the TrueCar price. It should have a simple matter for the dealer to cut a check for the difference, but they chose to overcharge me, hide the form that showed this, and then not honor their agreement when caught.

    Courtesy, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram does not act in a professional way with their customers. They are not reliable, not respectful and not responsible. they are a rip off !!!! This is the worst service I've ever received. I don't know who took over this dealership, but it should just close it down! They claimed it was better after the service rep sent my car home with no antifreeze in it 5/31/2023 after paying for all of my fluids to be topped off and from my oil to be changed. They have not demonstrated any honesty with me. I guess I didn't think I wasn't listening or because I was a woman I was stupid or didn't think I was coherent because I was a explain to them multiplications that I was battling a brain tumor and could not keep coming back-and-forth to the dealership. I have documented many videos pictures file records as well from previous visits. I have been a long time customer and I started having problems with this dealership after one of the service managers asked to buy my car and I said no. Since then, my car has came back to me low on transmission fluid low, no antifreeze and low on oil or even not having my oil changed since it wasn't reset to show the mileage at all after an oil change, so I'm not sure if they even changed my oil at all. What I do know is I've paid for my car to be rewired because they said I needed it because my battery kept going dead and after getting my car back, they never put my carpet back in place or the fact that they never hooked up all of my lights in which I had to go back down there on two different occasions for them to re-connect my fog lights in the front of my car. And they did not want to create a write up to show that I had came back for that. They blew my speakers in my car. They also don't honor any work that they've done which should be warranted. I went in my fuse box only to realize that nine of my fuses were missing the relays don't match the relays in my Jeep warranty book and the fact that I took my car last year November 30, 2024. Because a hot oil light was flashing on my dashboard no check engine light, but my fan was coming on and even after our YouTube it and it said to change relay five and eleven and I told the service manager that he told me I need to drop my transmission pan and change the filter. That did not rectify nothing. I pick my car up and the same day. My hot oil light came back on. And I have time stamp and dated videos that will show the light came back on the same day of pick up. I called the dealership immediately and told them and every time I would come down there the manager would not want to write it up, but would tell me they couldn't check it in due to the light not being on at the time, that he wouldn't be able to get a reading even after I showed him the videos and how my temperature hand came right up on the same day. I got my Jeep out the shop, he did that to me for about a year. Even after I told him that I was battling a brain tumor and I could not keep coming back-and-forth to the dealership to rectify something that they should have already taken care of. The last time I came back in there which was 11-10-25. And they closed out my car ticket11/25/2025. upon picking up my car, not only will you see that my tire was low due to somebody running over a nail I had to get my tire plug and you'll see a video of me leaving the dealership with my tire low you'll see me and my son putting air in my tire do somebody flagging me down on Turner Hill Road after leaving the dealership. I will also show you pictures of my current mileage and and you can see the pictures of the mileage on the service reports. This dealership is garbage and I don't think I would be taking my car there again. Not to mention how in the hell did my brand new headlights get scratched up? I'm going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Consumer Protection office, Federal Trade Commission well as filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. I have all my proof as well as witnesses to how I kept being turned around for a year and having to rent rental cars for months at a time.

    A building you'll spend multiple hours inside in some uncomfortable chairs

    It's been 2 hrs and 30 mins since I came in for an oil change. Still haven't gotten the truck back yet, but I've seen vehicles that don't have waiting customers already finished. I've worked for a dealer as a lube tech and a line tech, and I know it doesn't take 2hrs and 30 mins to do an oil change. I did just receive my summary and added services recommended, and then it told me that my truck would be ready by 12:30. So if that's true I will be waiting here for 4 hours and 30 mins for a 20 min oil change. Service advisor was great though, technician doing the services? Nah, 0/100 here's a cool picture of the building though.

The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop. I was able to make an appointment more quickly than expected and also be seen earlier than anticipated on the day of. I ordered a tire for $88 from Amazon and brought it to the shop because they didn't have my exact tire brand to match the 3 others. The manager was wonderful. He was transparent about the possibility that I may have to purchase 4 tires if the system rejects the $88 new tire because of the AWD. I knew there was a strong possibility he was right since I had issues with the donut. To make a long story short, I asked the manager for a quote for the new tires in the event I needed them. He found a reasonable price for a set if needed. However, I didn't need it. Thank God for honest people. They didn't scam me, and I was able to get my $88 tire mounted, and the system didn't reject it. I also upgraded to a lifetime wheel alignment. The service was under $300. I stay closest to Curry Honda, but will drive to Stonecrest to get my car serviced. This past Saturday I needed an oil change and had an appointment (that's all I went in for). The service then became over $400 quote. I was told about a fuel injector service that my car was due for supposedly. Me thinking I'm being told good info say I'll get it if it's needed at this time after asking if it was. I was verbally told it would be $184. The quote had the total for this service alone as $215 (I was then told labor was added in the estimate), along with a cabin filter change and tire rotation on top of the oil change. I said the cabin filter can be taken off (FYI this service is overpriced, YouTube can show you how to do this on your own). After looking more into this fuel injection service within a few minutes I went back and asked for it to be removed (I didn't sign anything for the service). I was told that the car was already having the service done. I spoke to one of the managers Lindsey who was a great help in this situation and built my trust back with the dealership to handle the services. We spoke about the charge and she explained when this service is due and if it's a mandatory service or auxiliary. Thank you to Eric W. as well for the assistance with calling Lindsey for my issue. I appreciate the help of everyone because with inflation going on the last thing I'm trying to do is pay for services that I didn't need at the mileage I'm at.     Zero stars. Waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change only to be told they couldn't do it because…read moremy oil cap was rounded off and they were closing. This is the only place I get my oil changes, so I'm confused why this wasn't noticed or communicated during a previous visit. The long wait combined with inconsistent service and constantly seeing new staff made for a very disappointing experience.
