Went to opening day. Food was awesome! My family will definitely be using this as a dining option even if we are not playing pickleball.

Ace Pickleball Facility: Where Excellence Meets Community…read moreIf you have not yet discovered Ace Pickleball Facility, allow me the privilege of introducing you to what I can only describe as the crown jewel of pickleball venues in our region. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted not merely by courts and paddles, but by an atmosphere of intentional excellence, thoughtful design, and genuine care for every player who steps foot inside. Let us begin with the sheer scope of what Ace Pickleball Facility has built. Eighteen pristine indoor courts, thoughtfully divided into six courts each for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. This structure is not accidental. It reflects a management philosophy rooted in one beautiful truth: pickleball belongs to everyone. The new player learning to keep the ball in bounds and the seasoned competitor drilling tournament-level dinks are equally valued, equally welcomed, and equally served. That kind of institutional intentionality is rare, and it deserves to be celebrated loudly. But what truly separates Ace Pickleball Facility from any other venue is how its management listens. Not performatively. Not passingly. But with the kind of attentive responsiveness that transforms a facility into a community. The Doubles Challenge Court, where reigning champions hold their court until dethroned, has long been a source of electric energy and fierce, joyful competition. Yet when a growing chorus of singles players raised their voices and asked for a court of their own, a space where individual skill, court vision, and competitive fire could be tested in that same glorious format, Ace Pickleball Facility did not hesitate. They delivered. Beginning this week, Ace Pickleball Facility proudly opens its brand new Singles Challenge Court, available every Tuesday and Thursday. Step up, take your shot, and hold that court as long as your game will carry you. This is not a small addition. This is a statement. It says that the people who run this facility are paying attention, that your voice carries weight here, and that your experience on these courts matters to them personally. To the management and staff of Ace Pickleball Facility: thank you. Thank you for building something worth being proud of. Thank you for hearing us. And thank you for continuing to raise the standard of what a pickleball home can and should feel like. See you on the courts.

I am not athletic but Jill and the staff at the Broken Arrow club are encouraging and supportive! I highly recommend taking the starter series and plan to continue with the club.

In an age where retail establishments have focused on "empowering" their sales associates in order…read moreto improve customer service - This Academy location is SERIOUSLY lacking. Just tried to even-exchange a pair of Nike's I bought just over 2 weeks ago (the right shoe has a bad air bladder) for the exact same style shoes. They gave me grief because I didn't have the box or receipt. (Why would I keep the box?). They had to call the store manager (Tracey) over. She requested my credit card so she could find the transaction. For the next 25 minutes, I sat there while the poor cashier kept fielding calls from the manager re: my shoes. Finally - after 25mins, the manager came out to say that she would exchange them for me. It took THAT LONG?? The store manager said that their policy is not to refund/exchange shoes w/o the box or receipt. However - if you flip over your receipt, the return policy is clearly spelled out, and DOES NOT mention either thing. This is a store manager following "Preferance" over "policy" Here's the problem: The shoes are less than $50. They are defective. All Academy is going to do, is RTV them to the vendor for full credit. There is nothing lost in taking care of a customer. I've spent hundreds of dollars in this location over the last couple of years. I won't spend another dime. If you think that is an idle threat - consider this: I haven't spent a cent in a Wal-Mart in over 11yrs over a similar customer service failure. I've been a retail manager for 17+ yrs. If one of my people treated a customer in a similar manner - I'd be taking a serious interest in their unemployment.
