They were in perfect condition -- no marks, no dirt, no damage at all. I brought the receipt, the box, and everything needed, all within two weeks of purchase. Despite this, Wilbert refused to accept the return, saying it was against their policy. Honestly, this felt completely unfair and unprofessional. If shoes that are practically new cannot be returned, then what's the point of having a return policy? I will think twice before shopping at WSS again.

I was asked to go make the return at another store because their's was slow. I asked how that made any difference and explained that I drove a long way already and had to get back to my day. He said ok, then came back with a fine print on the receipt that said all discounted items are final sale, so he could only do an exchange or store credit. At that point every response from him was "it says it on the receipt" Tell me, is that a fair business practices, to inform someone of final sale after purchase? No, which is why I had to drive to another Shiekh to make the return. They could have helped me out at this stop but they chose not to. But first I drove to a location that no longer existed but google maps didn't update (the Beverly center), then drove to Culver City. It took a lot of time and effort because this guy didn't want to help me. Long story short, a rare promo card was given out as a gift with purchase at select Footlockers. Many people, myself included, went there in person and called the day before today and all the workers there said "no we don't have the card" "we were supposed to get the card but we don't have it" "we're not going to have the card tomorrow" It turns out - they DID have the promo cards so there was horrible communication amongst all workers there. Anthony did a great job admitting the team needs to be better with communication especially for a big release like the Yugioh crocs and promo card. Hopefully in the future IF there is another big release at this store, the team there will simply BE BETTER! Thanks Anthony for taking accountability for your team. I knew fleet feet had a great supply and the ability to measure mama's sore feet. So, mama is a five time cancer survivor and warrior. Unfortunately she had a large mass on her toe which prevented her from being able to walk without a boot, which after months leads to body pain throughout. Her poor foot and ankle always hurt, and swelled up real bad. She had pain throughout her body from the imbalance and reliance on crutches. I didn't think we could find a pair of hokas that would fit, and even better actually heal her feet. Then we came in and met Dan, the kindest most knowledgeable specialist we could have hoped for. He was patient and supportive at every step, through mama's laser measurements- which are amazing and they email them to you if requested. Then he began the work, we tried 4 great recommendations but alas none fit, all too tight around the ankle. But Dan wasn't done, he looked at the measurements and put in an order for a men's size in extra wide trusting it would fit- and if they didn't we could exchange within 30days. Four days later, my mom put on her first pair of shoes that fit in over a year. Im in tears of thanksgiving. To see her walking in a new pair of hokas, with proper balance and arch support. She's so excited and we are forever grateful. Also, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive pair, they had an awesome shoe that was less than what I expected!
