I was asked to go make the return at another store because their's was slow. I asked how that made any difference and explained that I drove a long way already and had to get back to my day. He said ok, then came back with a fine print on the receipt that said all discounted items are final sale, so he could only do an exchange or store credit. At that point every response from him was "it says it on the receipt" Tell me, is that a fair business practices, to inform someone of final sale after purchase? No, which is why I had to drive to another Shiekh to make the return. They could have helped me out at this stop but they chose not to. But first I drove to a location that no longer existed but google maps didn't update (the Beverly center), then drove to Culver City. It took a lot of time and effort because this guy didn't want to help me. The guy, ( I will update with his name later), had the power to ruin my day and he chose to do it, so I chose to write this review. Eat it buddy!

He asked my name, which was a nice personal touch. He checked up on me a little bit later. Very attentive! The guy at the front also tried to sign me up for notifications for the jacket when I asked about restocks. He checked, but Adidas had taken the page for it down entirely. He said I could leave my info at the register and they could notify me when it gets restocked. I love how things are laid out in this store. Everything looks so tasteful.
