Love the cutesy love seat but I would have preferred to be able to see the entire TV screen from my bed.

My main gripe is the staff was super unhelpful. I was here for a last minute business trip and needed to check in on the earlier side (noon--check out is at 11) so that I could grab a quick shower after my flight and change into formal attire, fix my hair/makeup--you get it. The front desk associate (Paola) barely cracked a smile while dealing with me and just very matter of factly told me there was nothing she could do regarding an early check in. I can see how if you request a particular room in advance, it might not be ready early, but really--you're telling me there's not a single empty room in this hotel right now? I work in customer service and the level of her uselessness would warrant re-evaluation in my business. She basically stared at me with a blank face and couldn't so much as point me in the direction of the ladies room--where the floor was so filthy that I ended up using half of their toilet seat cover supply as a make shift rug so I could stand barefoot while I changed. Otherwise its just another crappy Mariott. You get what you pay for.

Stayed here as we had a business meeting nearby. I was surprised when we drove up as it looked like the hotel was built for the baseball field behind it and if you stayed here you are obviously here for that. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful always a great way to start. The rooms and property are very clean which is the most important. Luckily during our stay there were no kids or baseball games being played. My shower had an issue as both the tub and shower filled with water. Being limited in my plumbing skills I couldn't get it to only work for the shower so the tub filled up as well. No problem I let them know at check out as my stay was short and they immediately wrote down my request for repair. Also whoever designed the room the tv is partially blocked so in bed you need to lean to your left to change the channels. I truly don't sleep too well when traveling and needed a drink in the middle of the night. So there is a mini mart adjacent to the front desk. Nice cold drinks and you pay for them there as well either as a room charge or separately. Better than looking for change for a soda machine. The next morning we had breakfast in their cafe the service was fantastic. The portion of oatmeal I had could feed a family of four or perhaps a baseball player. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in this area.

Nice hotel but for business travel it shouldn't be your first, second, or third choice. Breakfast buffet $10?!

Unfortunately, the biggest issue has been the large groups of traveling baseball teams. The children have been extremely loud and disruptive throughout our stay, with yelling, running, banging, and knocking on doors. The pool area has also been chaotic, while many of the parents seem to make little effort to supervise them. I understand that Aberdeen hosts a lot of youth baseball, and I certainly don't blame the hotel for the behavior of other guests. This is ultimately a parenting and supervision issue. However, it has made what should have been a comfortable hotel stay much more stressful and difficult to enjoy. The water does just stop while you're showering, major water pressure problems.

We are a travel sports family (not this time) and we could not believe that this hotel allowed the children and parents to act like they did. The kids were running through the hotel at all hours and the front desk just watched. Parents were screaming at the kids as they walked out of the pool area, where people had rooms at. Two young kids got left in the common area to watch TV without any adult supervision while their parents drank and smoked outside and you could hear the youngest one screaming "mommy" and "daddy" looking for someone. This happened until 11/12 at night. The front desk just didn't seem to care.

Yes, it's a courtesy - but why bother if you're going to penny pinch and cut every corner? They added so much water to the orange juice that it literally became yellow coloured water. Lord knows what they added to the runny waffle mix, but it wouldn't even cook in the waffle maker, instead it came out as some sort of congealed paste - despite awaiting the 2+ minute timer. No fruit, no pastries, no options. This was at 8am.....an hour before breakfast would have ended, nothing was repenished. We grabbed a chocolate milk and left.
