Each meal contains a meat, vegetable, and grain or starch which is great for those of us trying to keep a more balanced intake. The styles and flavors vary in the same which makes for a nice assortment throughout the week. The service is incredibly convenient for anyone, only having to simmer the bag between 5-10 minutes and serve.
