Today, I graduated from my PT sessions and I feel compelled to write a review for my PT and the team. They deserve much praise on their professionalism and knowledgeable work! I can't recommend Justin Choe and his team enough! Justin is extremely knowledgeable about how the human body works, from how muscles connect and move to what causes pain and imbalance. He's always pleasant, patient, and genuinely eager to help. I asked a lot of questions about how to relieve pain and prevent it from coming back, and he always took the time to explain everything clearly. When I first came in, my right shoulder/trap had been bothering me for months and my left ankle had been painful for years. Amazingly, Justin was able to work out both issues in less than 12 sessions each. Through a combination of soft tissue techniques and targeted exercises, he not only relieved my pain but also taught me how to strengthen the surrounding muscles so I wouldn't keep straining the same areas again. His team (Kai, Adan, and Tina) were also fantastic. They were attentive, encouraging, and made sure I did all my exercises with the right form. The whole group really cares about their patients' progress. I'm super happy and grateful for Justin and his team. They helped me finally get rid of pain I thought I'd have to live with forever. I had my first visit in May with a trimalleolar fracture on my right ankle with crutches and no weight bearing , to a boot, then a brace, and just walked out today, August 1st, with full mobility and the best care! I can confidently say that every appointment helped me tremendously in my recovery and all the stretches exercises had been exactly what I needed. I'm a former C and B client who needs to restart due to recent surgery. I phoned yesterday, left a message. I got a call back, that I missed, and called again. 24 hours later and no response, I tried to leave another message but the voice-mail system wouldn't accept any more messages. I don't know if they've centralized their phone calls, but this is horrible and certainly not how they used to operate. I've found care elsewhere with a pt appointment tomorrow. She was able to treat my knee pain with specific exercises that targeted the root cause. Review is not for therapy, I didnt get that far. Positives: The place is clean and the first therapist I talked to was polite. Even the guy I had the issue with was polite, he is just wrong. Trying to schedule an appointment and tell this guy I can go anywhere was a solid brick wall. I dont need a referal to the facility I have an approval and can go where I want. This guy needs to educate himself about the possibilities with workers comp instead of arguing with potential patients and putting roadblocks up. So scheduling at a different place, you know the place where they say hey you have an approval cool instead of workers comp doesnt work like that, you need to do the following. Actually I dont need to do anything except schecule somewhere else. read more

First and foremost I'd like to give Nina a big thank you for helping my husband getting into therapy as quickly as possible. My husband had a procedure and it was imperative that he sought treatment the very next day. We had went to another place named Select Therapy in Anaheim. They were recommended to us by my husband's surgeon during my husband's preop. We went there to set up appointments and they said they would call us, well that didn't happen. They dropped the ball and then when we called to make the appointment they said that they didn't have anyone to see him for 2 to 3 weeks that was totally unprofessional! Then everyone pointed the finger at each other as to why my husband did not have an appointment. at any rate I called CB and this young lady Nina treated us with respect and knew the urgency of getting my hubby in. She made sure to keep in contact with me and got my husband in the very next day. Overall this place is qualified, clean and thorough. Again Thank you MS. The facility is large and clean. The therapist are trained well and tend to dole out exercise based on diagnosis not specific to the client. I had 12 sessions and 9 different therapist and or aids. There was no continuity other than what was on documented on the chart. I felt that there was no continuity of care and the exercises were not appropriate to all clients. 25 year olds and 70 year olds were given predetermined photo copies of home programs read more

Wow, I used to enjoy this place until they booked me into Brea which was further for me. I set time aside, had my insurance cleared (I was already a client) and then came to learn I was supposed to go all the way to Brea for a consult. What the heck? Luckily I had been to enough other places before that I knew this should not have been tolerated. The therapists here are fine but the front end is a joke and they do little to communicate with you. Sad. Will be looking for a new place since they don't seem to care about feedback, either, even if I get an email from them every day and calls for my business too. There are just too many good people out there that do the same thing and there is just too much miscommunication from c and b on their end, not once but multiple times. read more

I am 80 and had major spine surgery in Feb. After 3 months i was referred for PT and Coury & Buehler in Orange. The facility clean, open and all you would want it to be. The staff is friendly, professional and kind. I found the staff very knowledgeable and very concerned about my well being, comfort and progress. Callen was my therapist and went well beyond what I had expected He adjusted my care and exercises as I progressed and/or new issues arouse. It takes a lot of work at home (exercises & stretching) but with Callen's guidance and care I am fully recovered - better than ever !!! I cannot thank him enough. It was a long process for me with my frozen shoulder. I had therapy from end of Jan 2023 up to mid of July 2023. The front desk staff, Shelby, Emma & Laurel were very nice & always have the welcoming attitude. But most of all, I'd like to commend Corine "Cory"Mayol, my Physical Therapist. This review refers to E. Katella studio. I noticed there has been a lot of changes when I came back for my osteoarthritis in my shoulder. I asked for my previous physical therapist because she had really work hard to get me back into normal state and that was in 2019, but unfortunately she is no longer there. There are lots of newly hired and young staffs that has no work experience as a physical therapist. The assistant that I have experienced was not very concerned about me. He asked me to do lots of exercises and then left me doing it alone on my own without his supervision, but I saw him just chatting with co-workers laughing. The Physical Therapist that handled my case is also newly graduate without experience. In addition to that bad experience, the process of scheduling takes too long that I feel I don't need physical therapist anymore because it is taking them forever to process the papers to submit to the insurance. That kind of service didn't happen in 2019. I am so frustrated with the staff assistants, physical therapist and the processing procedures. I don't believe that they were rated 4.5 stars, that must be fake. Next time, I'm not going back to Coury and Buehler. I would rate them "zero star" instead. read more

My daughter was referred to this clinic for her PT sessions and she had a good experience and support especially since it's her first time .. We as parents were also informed of what exercises she's on and which area she needs to work on more .. I love my Dr. Patricia. She has a very genuine, kind personality that was apparent from the first day. She made me feel instantly comfortable. She takes the time to know my goals and she pushes me to work harder to obtain my goals. I complain, but that's all me. She just reminds me that I told her I wanted a stronger back, core and booty. It doesn't shut me up but it makes me actually want to activate sleeping muscles and almost enjoy the burn. I've been having hip pain on my right hip for 5 months went to accupressure and acupuncture, tried chiropractor, and a general doctor. Nothing has worked till I started coming to this facility. I've been coming here for about 3 weeks now, and everyone here is so great. From the moment I made my first appointment to when I met with my PT Chase. I've experienced nothing but great service. Chase had been helping me for the last few weeks and he's been very patient and attentive to my needs for my injury. From the first day till now I've noticed a big change.. my hip feels so much better. There's still some pain but I have no doubt it will heal with the help of Chase and all the assistants working along with me as well. Victor one of his assistants has been awesome as well helping me with my exercises making sure I'm doing them correctly. I really appreciate that Chase takes the time to explain to me what's going on, what and why he's doing something, and that he listens. He's also a cool guy and very personable. It makes it easier to go through physical therapy when you're comfortable with who you're working with.
