Being that they're local. I've giving this place so many chances and they continue to disappoint. My biggest issues are the poor customer service and their inability to deliver an order accurately. Which for some reason they still have not perfected. It's one thing to walk to the counter and be greeted with an attitude and not so much as a simple "hi, how can I help you"? But to also wait forever for your order, and the order is wrong too. And this has happen to me multiple X's...I just have to move on from this place. Theres a ton of people working, but took a reaaaal long time to come out. There was a good lunch rush, and the place was pretty full for brown deer WI. I got the steak cheesesteak and cheese curds - cheese curds were good, pass on the sand which. There was barely any meat, and every bite was all bread. On Friday 4/28/23 at 8:00pm my fiancé and I walked into cousins subs (we have never been here before we're from IL just passing through and it was super close to our hotel.) When we walked in I thought nothing of the place, just another basic sandwich shop with three younger employees all talking about Pokémon. My fiancé and I both ordered 2 separate subs. He ordered the chicken bacon cheddar with no tomato and no lettuce, (tomato was on there so was lettuce.) I ordered the turkey sub asked for extra lettuce and pickle with no onion... (guess what there was no pickle, no extra lettuce, and they left the onion on there!) Im sorry but if pokemon is that important rather than making a simple sandwich then go play that. It's safe to say we will NEVER be coming back As someone who has been in the food industry for 7+ years I can say this place deserves the low review I've given it. I came in to pick up an on-line order I made. I went to where it said "pick up online orders here" and one associate didn't even acknowledge me. The other one, at the drive-though, made eye contact with me but didn't say anything to me. Sucks!! So many kids working and not doing anything it! It was seven people working not on of them greeted me! We love this cousin's location; Our favorite sub here is the cheese steak and we always get double meat. They are pricey though especially for a family and wish they had more meal deals & specials. We would love for all Cousin's subs to bring 2 for $5 subs back that was a great deal and very affordable. A few suggestions would be to have family meal deals available at all cousins locations and special promotions on all subs. read more

Fast and prompt drive thru. Sub was made neatly and fries were fresh. Extra condiments in the bag and napkins.

Great food and great service at this restaurant! The drive thru may be slow at times and sometimes even if you do an online order ahead of time - they haven't actually prepared it before you get there... the order has always been correct and the food/ingredients taste great! This place had the Absolute worst customer service. No regard for any mistakes made on their behalf. I Made a carry out order for two subs Sunday late afternoon. Unfortunately both subs were once again incorrect. Due to this, In frustration I called and asked to speak with the manager. I was transferred to Jarad who explained to me that he was store Manager. For a so called manager, Jarad was completely unresponsive and unwilling to even discuss the issue. Matter of fact, he was rather condescending as he showed absolutely no interest in correcting the mistake, nor offering a reasonable solution to the mistake made by his team. He then went on to tell me that he actually made the order personally and I (the customer) was In fact mistaken. Instead of arguing with Jarad, I asked for the district manager. Jarad arrogantly went on to tell me that he was the regional manager in charge as well. IMO, i highly doubt Jarad was the manger or in any management capacity. His attitude clearly reflects that of a line worker. To add injury to insult, Jarad also implied that I was calling because I guess I have nothing else to do this afternoon. Nevertheless, this is probably the 5th time I've ordered from this particular cousins (call in) and each time I've ordered, the order has been incorrect. All said, I understand issues occur, new staff, short staff... whatever. However, to show absolutely no sign of wanting to nullify the mistake or understand the mistake made is almost astonishing to me. Im a local, living in Brown deer. I'm disgusted and literally dismayed at how this community cousins reflects such a poor discontent for quality customer service. This is the type of service that eventually takes a business under. As it reflects a much larger issue in terms of how the management views its customers.
