The motor was complete junk and my mechanic said he wouldn't use it for a push car. I tried to ask him to fix the issue, returned the motor for repair and four months of back and forth later and he claims he never sold me a motor. They don't have as many brands of oil and other automotive fluids as the big chain auto parts stores on Tiogue Avenue. But, they also sell welding supplies. Service is good here, and counter people seem professional. One thing I really like about this Napa (I don't know if this is true of all Napa locations, or just this particular one) is that they sell individual automotive bulbs at much cheaper prices than the big chain stores. Another plus is that they open at 7 a.m. on weekdays, which is earlier than some of the chain stores.

Hands-down, this is my favorite of all the new Cumby's superstores I've visited so far (and I've…read morevisited several, throughout the state). I lived right off Arnold Road when this store was being built, so I watched the construction process, beginning from the demolition of houses at that intersection. It's amazing how fast these Cumby's go up. This is a great location, and very convenient for people who drive down Arnold Road to get to the interstate highway. Even though it's at a busy intersection, pulling in and out of here is not too bad, and the parking lot is adequately sized for the volume of business. The building is a attractive, inside and out, and has a patio outside, featuring tables with built-in benches and umbrellas. There is also a corner inside the store where customers can sit down and enjoy their coffee or a snack. Whoever manages this store runs a tight ship, because it always appears clean and well-stocked, including the very busy coffee station. They have both men's and women's bathrooms here, and the men's room at this location was usually cleaner than the Cumby's on Tiogue Avenue. Employees here were always friendly and pleasant. And who can beat Cumby's 99 cent coffee (that's actually pretty decent) ... the Dunkin' Donuts around the corner (on New London Turnpike) must have dreaded the day this store opened.

I was in the…read morecar repair business for over 40 years and have seen and heard the good, the bad and the terrible. These people are the best! They were recommended to me by my regular car service guy when my car needed transmission work. They told me up front that they didn't rebuild Subaru CVT transmissions but they were happy to put one in that I supplied. They checked the transmission out, replaced the seals and filter, installed and tested it. I had to drive 30 miles to get to their shop and if I had to drive 100 I would do that. Can't say enough nice things about them.
