I am in my first month of treatment. Everything had been nice up until today. The 2 laser employees were short and curt and condescending when I told them I didn't understand that I was not allowed to tweeze between services. Sara had her arms folded and looking down at me "NO TWEEZING, NO WAXING are we clear now? Do you understand NOW?" . I told them I did not want the treatment as I didn't like their attitude. I came to a spa for pampering not to be treated poorly. To which she said "sorry you feel that way" The front end staff were nice and comforting as (unfortunately) I had started crying. One even got a tissue and wiped my face (kind). Then the owner called me and was just horrific. She said "...your membership is cancelled as of today. You will not be permitted to come back to this or any of our locations. Your file has been blacklisted. I will not have my staff treated that way. You can try to sue us. I'd love to see you try. Get an attorney and waste your money. You signed a contract that said you can be cancelled at any point for any reason, don't come back or call...I asked about how her staff treated me and she said "irregardless...You are cancelled and hung up on me." As an earlier person said...she has the personality of a bull. I wish I had read reviews before I had signed up for this. As it had only been a month I cannot say if the treatments worked or not. I entered into a contract with them in December 2019 with billing in January 2020 for 12 months. I wasn't able to use my membership much of the year due to covid but continued to pay my membership until January 2021 thus fulfilling my contract. They tried to extend my contract an extra month because they were closed in April. I explained my contract was 12 months and I cancelled January 1 2021. On may 18, 2021 I received a call from a collection agency stating I owe them over 900 dollars. I'm not sure where that amount came from. They have not attempted to contact me these past 5 months For payment or to resolve this issue. Very poor business. Buyers beware. read more

I always have a great experience at this med spa. Today I had lip filler put in. My previous experience with lip filler (not at couture med spa) was terrible. You get so much for your monthly payment. You can only get two laser treatments per day but when doing hair removal it is in my opinion beneficial to always have an area to treat. I just experienced a bait and switch. I called at 1:30 today and explained I was looking to purchase a Groupon for laser hair removal. I previously had it on the lower 1/4 of my leg 5 years ago by another company. There are sparse hairs I wanted removed. I was told to come in for an consultation appointment at 4:30pm and if it is sparse, a small area package may be needed. After being there over 30 minutes and filling out all the paperwork, I was told without being seen that "lower leg is lower leg and you have to purchase the large area package." They were too busy pushing the membership to even look to see what I was speaking about. I have only had hair on the lower 1/4 of my leg and to have to pay for 1/2 leg that has previously been treated is ridiculous. "It's policy" is a sorry excuse and being misled for me to show up to their membership event is poor customer service. read more

Do not go to Couture Med Spa for tattoo removal! Tattoo removal is very painful. Couture Med Spa is not set up to make it a less painful experience. They do not use a cryo cooling machine. On top of that the manager came up with an absurdly stupid rule that you can't arrive to your appointment early to get numbing cream! Couture Med Spa is clearly not customer service oriented. Why tell a customer that they can't get the numbing cream applied early to make sure it sets in and make the removal process more tolerable? It's not like I take up a treatment room. And the technician needs to apply the cream regardless of if I am 10 minutes or 30 minutes early. I highly recommend that you go to a business that knows how to properly remove tattoos, has a friendlier staff, and puts the customer's needs first. read more

I have been a member at $199/month for two months. My chosen treatments have been largely effective and the aestheticians are skilled, HOWEVER read the contract carefully before you sign. You can receive a maximum of 2 treatments per visit. This means several trips per month to try to get what you've paid for. If you work during the week and can't take long spa breaks it will be a problem. Furthermore you cannot book the next month's appointments until the last visit of the previous month. Even if you're paid in full, you must wait, meaning it gets increasingly difficult to plan. If My experience of this facility is spending a good amount of my time every week trying to make sure I am getting the treatments that I've paid for and getting on their schedule.I have experienced the front desk staff as mostly friendly, but there have been several times my questions and concerns have been met with terse scripted replies. The fact that they have scripted consistent responses for pleas for help with the scheduling, means that they must get lots of complaints about that. Again, pretty good facility, but the value is only there if you work hard to fit in all of your treatments. And it is work. Finally, this is not a "luxury "spa. It is a cross between an upscale nail salon and a doctors office. There are no robes, towels, or slippers, Even if you purchase an upgraded facial. I have upgraded in the amount of $85, but ostensibly one could- by taking best advantage of the available menu- spends 100's on upgrades and still not get the service level you would get at a truly "Luxury Spa." I do want to reiterate that the facialists are excellent! But the environment is not. read more

i had surgery and requested for my membership to be frozen but they refused saying that i should use as many services as i could before my surgery! When i cancelled my membership, they still went ahead and debited my account the following month!! They have refused to give me back my money sighting the fact that I had used a service outside of my membership, I asked why i was rescheduled for the service if I was outside my membership and besides I was not informed of this by the lady at the front desk who had rescheduled my appoinment. Worst place ever! I usually don't write bad reviews but I have to warn people to not buy at Groupon! I came in for an appointment for IPL I got on Groupon. When I arrived there was a lady that was extremely aggressive trying to sell me the membership. First and foremost, I need to try to see if I even like them to get a membership. Second, after 30 mins of talking she said I will not be getting an ipl but a different laser. Now I've got an IPL before so I know the process. She then tells me oh you have to wait for numbing cream for 45 mins. I never had numbing cream for an IPL... I was so aggravated that I just left. Waisted 200 on Groupon.. don't waste your money! I, too, like Kelly T., experienced a "possible" bait and switch. Either that, or it's shoddy/lazy/indifference to details - truth in advertising. I purchased a Groupon for a medium area (abdomen). When I called, I was told by the young lady that answered the phone that I would have to pay $118 more, because I am a man! I asked if the Groupon page mentions any price difference between men and women (it does not), and she didn't know. I immediately said this will not work for me and said I want my money back immediately. She said it would take Groupon several weeks to refund it back to my credit card. Such shifty, unscrupulous behavior from Couture Med Spa. The right approach would be to honor the deal THEY advertised/offered, and fix the detail of men/women cost difference going forward. I was certainly sold a bill of goods. I had gone to my dermatologist for my Botox and facial peels with great results. Well ladies you get what you pay for. The Trusculpt is definitely a waste of time and did nothing after 2 treatments. The nurse practitioner recommended 8 more vials of Botox than what I usually get which ended up costing me more than my dermatologist and had my eye literally drooping making me look horrible: They have this show up policy where I was always early and on time. Then the one time I was 7 min late, they no showed me and would not take me: very very poor customer service. I was told when I was sold the membership that I would have champagne in the relaxation room. That never happened and when I asked they said they ran out. They told me if I bought one vial of filler I would get one free and bank it as a black diamond member. When I am as ready to book, they said sorry that was a sale only for a short period. Talk about the biggest bait and switch company. Then when I spoke to the manager, all she had to say was sorry you signed a contract and we will take you to collections. Another buyer be aware - DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA. Their services are a bunch of crap. The IPL treatments aren't real treatments. The botox is diluted. The Truesculpt does NOT work. I have a "tan" skin tone and they gave me 2 IPL treatments when they aren't even recommended for my skin type. My real doctor told me to stop. I tried to cancel and their solution was to charge me their regular inflated service price for each that I had already done. Apparently, this amount is MORE than letting the contract end. They say free month with sign and go but try so hard to skip over in the 12 month contract the annual fee in three months along with your membership dues, not a sign and go just a trick to make you think you're getting a good deal. Went for a facial and the experience was ok. When I got home I looked at myself in the mirror and saw that all my eye makeup was still on. It was easy, and took no time at all. I loved the look and a feel of the Med Spa, it was posh and well styled. I usually see Diane, but this time Chris was the ARNP who did my lip filler, Chris was friendly, took his time to consult with me to make sure I achieved the look I wanted. After having Botox done 2x with really good results and spending over $600, I decided to have filler done. I went to the Ocoee location on a Saturday morning at 10 am. It was packed and took 3 hours because they cared more about selling me on their POS membership than just doing what I paid $1200 for. Guess it wasn't enough. I came out looking like my husband had beat me for like 6 weeks. I called and was treated like I was overreacting. I never used membership that I paid for and when I went to cancel they said I still owed money for 2 months. Not sure how 15 payments on a 13 payment contract means you still owe money. They refuse to refund 2 payments because the contract goes month to month afterward if you don't cancel before 1st of month. I will never go back again and highly recommend no one does either. If you do, don't sign up for membership. Once they have your bank account they will charge it 2x in one month. They did me! Educate yourself before using Couture Med Spa. Seems to me they care more about new customers then repeat customers and maintaining a client relationship. read more

They hyped me up to make me think that I was going to get exactly what I showed them I wanted. Well my lips look NOTHING like it. My top lip is ok but my bottom has absolutely no difference. I understand my lips weren't going to look the exact same as the pic I showed but the owner told me exactly this "oh no problem! You will get that fullness with just 1 syringe" The owner basically said well sorry nothing we can do when I tried to get my lips fixed. And after I complained to her she lied and put notes that she told me to get 2 syringes. Are you kidding me? What kind of service is that when someone is paying 850$. And mind you the owner is the one who did my lips. Not to mention the employees lie to you they tried to get me to buy the "but 1 get 1 half off" sale and told me that it ended today on the day I was there when online it was a different date. So basically they just want you to spend $ and don't care about the results or care about lying to you. I've been trying to get into contact with corporate and even though they say they will respond within 24 hours, it's been 3 days and no response!! No integrity, no customer satisfaction, and terrible cosmetic/customer service! The only thing good about the place was some of the front desk employees were nice and the decoration of the place. I went to this place 1st visit was great since they want your business.the workers are very nice i decided to get the membership and also got lip fillers with botox on that same day ....the very next day i called and try to schedule my facial,fractional,tattoo removal and i kept on hearing therecwas nothing available at all 3 locations......i verbalized my frustrations daily every single time i called to schedule my treatments and there was NEVER dates available for my convenience i told them that they should let people know how differcult it is to make appointments on the days you want.i had to make it on dates i had to work and leave work early...i still could of dealt with that.SO THE BIG PROBLEM was the lip fillers so the owner Diane dose them.....no customer service skill at all.On day one came in did my treatment on the initial day did not ever talk to you.and left you.still dont care too much about that as long as i got what i was paying for. 2 days after getting the lip fillers I notice that my left side of my lips were bigger than the right side i immediately contact the manager Karen and explained what they looked like and i sent her pic to prove it she emailed me and said the Diane the owner looked at them and said give it 2 weeks for the swelling to go down we agreed that on my next visit which was in 2 weeks i will meet with her so she can take a look at them.the day before my visit i called to confirm that along wuth my visit i would be meeting Diane i took a day off wrk just to meet with her i was told that she would not be meeting with me since she would be training i ask if i can come in tje bext day i wzs told also training.i then spoke to the mgr karen and express my fustration about all the run around i seem to be getting.and why if she had a training why agree to see my uneven lips.i went in for my appt still cuz if not you will be charge $50 for canceling.i check in while sitting on the couch who walk by looked at me and never acknowledged me.so after paying 400 for a service that was not done correctly she did not even speak with me.i then looked at med spa reviews and there was so many negative comments and bad experiences toward Diane the owner fir all 3 locations when i was leaving i ask confrim that i will be seeing Diane the week after to have her look at her bad job.so i went to my appt on time i was made to wait 30 min before i was seen my some one other than Diane even though she knew i came to see her she came in after and did not want to look at my lips but at the pictures of what she look when i got there i told she just look at my lip they are uneven she refused but the pic i have i dont see a problem i told her about all the same bad reviews she has for the same lip filler and giving me the run around she said that i was the one being huslte basically which i was not and said she was done and walked out...so what they do also is do your lip even they you have to buy another syringe and your told they will bank it for u so you will alway have to go back to use what they bank and then that wont be enough so you will have to buy another one.my facial it states 45 min bs it was only 20 i mentioned it was told 45 min i was then told no 45 is for the to chart alway.my tattoo i was told maybe 2 tx and will be gone 1st tx less and 30 sec and look the same..right after i left i took a pic of my lip this is what they look like after 3 week with no swelling 2nd was 3 day after i initially got it .this place is a scam membership scam the money your paying for a year you can get better quality tx somewhere else.take your money somewhere else.please call the nusring borad,your credit card company and better business bureau on this woman she is rude and dont care since she is the boss of all 3 location. Going to Couture Med Spa is like being in a bad relationship. There are good things (like many of the people that deliver the services). But there is a great number of policies that kill the good parts over and over. For example: My membership is up on Oct. 17th. I will be gone between Oct. 6th and Nov 20th so I asked to cancel my membership today. I was told that cancellations can only be made in person or certified mail and may not be submitted in either format in advance. I must either come there on or after Oct. 17th OR send a certified letter by mail. I was fine paying month after month for services that I could never schedule. It isn't their fault that I travel so much for work; but making it so difficult to cancel is ridiculous. I pay for (2) $150 per month memberships (mine and my daughter's) I have spent another thousand dollars plus on Dysport and yet they make me feel like I am a nuisance. Every time I go there is different staff. I believe it is because the desk staff are the ones that must enforce all of the ridiculous policies and everyone takes it out on them. By the way the owner did an IPL on me a couple of months ago because Sarah was out and was curt and rude. Read the reviews; if you decide that you are ok being in a bad relationship then you might want to get counseling to identify the deeper issues you may have. read more
