Also read the other 1-2 star reviews before booking with them. This business tries to suppress reviews which is not a business I would suggest anyone go to. I came in for a treatment and was advised by my provider to only do half a syringe first to see how my results settled before completing the second half -- a recommendation I followed in good faith. At that time, I was told the pricing would apply to both halves if I came back within 3 weeks. AT NO TIME during the first session was I told that this was a promotional rate NOR was it WRITTEN anywhere. When I called to schedule the second half, I was told the promotional price no longer applied and that I would be charged the full rate. It was only after this dispute arose that I even learned my original appointment had taken place during a promotional event. That information was NEVER disclosed to me at the time of my visit. After leaving my updated review, the owner contacted me via text offering a discounted rate -- not the original rate I was promised. I declined and wished them well. They then told me that if I removed my review, they would honor the original price. The desperation was apparent, and quite frankly it left a bad taste in my mouth. Then, rather than leave it there, the owner comes on here to respond to my original review and spin the narrative of what actually happened -- leaving out key facts and presenting a version of events that is simply not accurate. What they conveniently omit is that I was advised to split the treatment by their own provider, that I was told the pricing would apply to both halves, and that I had no knowledge of being part of a promotional event until after the dispute began. As for the offer, it was presented after the dispute arose, not as a goodwill gesture. Framing it as accommodation after the fact does not make it transparent pricing. I updated my review because my overall experience changed -- not out of spite, but because how a business handles a disagreement says just as much about them as the service itself. Responding to a customer's honest feedback with a public narrative that omits key facts, and privately offering incentives to suppress reviews, is not the transparency you claim to uphold. I decided to chose this place because their website had ALOT of information about tattoo removal and it's process. Additionally, I didn't see the same 'before & after' pictures like I did see on some other websites. I noticed different company's had the same tattoo removal pictures, so this was a red flag.. for me. So I filled out the contact form online, and within the same day I received a call. I'll just say, everyone has been so nice and seemed willing to assist with whatever questions I had - over the phone & in person. Needless to say, I booked my consultation. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the place to be very chic and clean. Staff was friendly. And I ended up getting my first removal done the same day as my consultation. And no, I was not pressured into it, and yes they will go over pricing and offering a bundle package.. again, with no pressure. I will say this.. if you have been doing your research or spoke to someone who has had tattoo removal done.. it's painful and expensive. Period. But if you were able to get a tattoo done in the first place, removal it pretty much the same pain.. at least for me (I would say I have a moderately high tolerance for pain). Thank goodness getting "lasered" is EXTREMELY QUICK. I hope this review helps.

ould not recommend Eraditatt for eyebrow pigment/tattoo removal…read more After completing multiple sessions, the yellow pigment in my eyebrows actually became noticeably deeper and more intense rather than fading. While I knew that laser doesn't effectively target yellow pigment and the company mentioned this is passing, they still recommended targeting it saying it is beneficial for that pigment as well. At no point was I warned that the discoloration could worsen. I contacted the company with pictures about the deepening yellow pigmentation and first I was instructed to wait 8 weeks to see the final results. It has now been 10 weeks since the last session, and the strong yellow color remains completely unchanged. Proceeding with sessions that could not target my remaining pigment was misleading and a waste of time and money. When a treatment makes a cosmetic issue worse rather than better, customers deserve proper accountability and a refund. Proceed with extreme caution if you are looking to remove cosmetic pigment here especially when it comes to getting rid of the remaining yellow pigment. For me these results are horrible as the eyebrows are in the middle of the face and the deep yellow shines through several layers of makeup.

Instead, it seems like additional spots that hadn't even surfaced before were brought out, so I now feel like I have twice as many spots. None of the treated spots have flaked off or improved, and I also have a wound on my shoulder that bled and still has not healed, which was not there before the treatment. I texted their texting line to let them know what was happening and received **no response at all.** At my follow-up appointment, the doctor came in and immediately wanted to do more laser. At that point, I did not feel comfortable allowing them to do another treatment. While I was waiting for the doctor, my daughter actually pointed out a roach crawling on the wall behind me. The office itself is dingy and simply does not feel clean or well maintained. The front desk staff initially seems nice, but when you ask questions or express concerns, the attitude quickly becomes irritated and passive-aggressive. I paid almost $600 and, almost three weeks later, feel that my skin is worse than when I walked in. I'm extremely disappointed with both the results and the lack of follow-up or concern when I reached out. My advice is to take your time finding a reputable dermatologist. It may take longer to get an appointment, but in my experience, it's worth waiting for a place you feel comfortable trusting with your skin.
