The facility is very nice and clean. That is all. If you think the membership deal is too good to be true, you are right. After you sign up, your dream will turn into a nightmare. They have an assortment of rules and excuses that will make those "unlimited" treatments sound like a joke. There is no consideration for the customer's time whatsoever. Examples: - I arrived 6 minutes late for an appointment, after fighting terrible traffic on I-4. I called from the road, as a courtesy, letting them know that I was doing my best to arrive on time. Nope. SIX minutes late, for a laser, a treatment that requires 45 - 60 minutes sitting with numbing cream *before* the actual treatment. But no, they had no problem sending me back. By the way, you seat with your face covered in cream, near the frontdesk, for every that walks in to see. No privacy, you are just a another wallet. - They reschedule your treatment for ANY reason that might please them, right to your face, even if you arrive on time. There is ZERO respect and consideration for the Customer. Afterall, your membership fees are already being withdrawn monthly from your bank account anyway, why would they care? - They say that "for medical concerns" you cannot schedule more than one treatment for the same day. Reality is, it depends. You cannot schedule more than one treatment ***covered by your membership*** for the same day. My membership covers fractional laser treatments. I was never allowed to schedule two areas to be treated on the same day. BUT... they happily scheduled me for a laser and filler for the same day. Because the filler was not included in my membership; I was paying for it apart. And, before you think that it was a mistake by a newbie receptionist, it wasn't: the owner herself did both treatments and she was aware of them beforehand. - You are not allowed to schedule more than one appointment in advance. Let's say you want to set up several laser appointments over the period of a few months. They will not do it. You can only schedule one appointment each time. You can only schedule another appointment when you come for the next one. The justification I heard from the frontdesk was hilarious: their "system" does not allow more than one booking per Customer at any given time. Which means that you will have to wait at least two more weeks to have another treatment. So much for unlimited. Here is my interpretation of the "rules and procedures" practiced at CMS: once you are trapped into a membership (which you can't cancel for 12 months), they cannot care less about you. And they do whatever they can to keep you from using the "unlimited" treatments you signed up for. Yes, they know you will be upset to be told that "sorry, we will have to reschedule your appointment", even if you drove one hour to get to their office, but they don't care, they already have a year's worth of you membership money, you can get as upset as you wish; they are unmovable. Other issues: - There is no follow-up appointment and if you complain about the results of a treatment, get ready to get yelled at. - I had botox injections there and saw very little improvement. I had the same treatment done before in other spas with great results. - I got divorced and wanted to close the account from which the membership fees were being withdrawn. Called the frondesk and Sarah told me to email her the new account number. They never updated their records. The following month my account was overdrawn because I was expecting the fee to come out of my new bank account. I called Sarah again, she asked me to resend the email, which I did. Next month: old account overdrawn. AGAIN. - They don't give you a copy of the contract you sign. I had to ask them 4 times before they finally printed me a copy. Two of those times I asked over the phone and the receptionist told me she was going to email the contract to me, which I never received. The other two times I asked when I was at the office and had to remind the manager about my request. By the way, if you decide to cancel your membership, you have to do it in person, or via certified mail. read more

READ READ READ any contract you sign with this establishment before you sign it. The "Unlimited Services" that cost 99$ a month are NOT unlimited. They can cancel you at anytime for any reason, with no notice, which they have done to me as well as a relative of mine. They also auto bill you for the membership and I was double and triple billed several times. The owner CANCELLED MY CONTRACT after my payment had been auto drafted and when I asked her for a pro rated refund she said that "PER MY CONTRACT, THEY DID NOT OWE ME ONE" I also wrote a bad review on Couture's Facebook page, which has been removed, and was immediately called by the owner DIANE GRAY GILLIN and was told she was going to sue me for slander, she likes to throw that word SUE around. I would LOVE to face her in court in front of a judge, believe me! I have to laugh, I think she needs to look up the word SLANDER in the dictionary considering everything I said was the truth. Read the reviews about this place, the ones that haven't been written by friends or family and you will see I am not the only one with issues such as this. Keep yourself informed. read more

I been a costumer for almost a year now and I only can say that from the owner to the receptionist every one of them have been so pleasant and polite to me. I appreciate how they hand picked the staff because not everyone can provide a good customers service.nowadays.. specially Carol she is the sweetest n Sarah also Rebeca I hv to mention her because even with her back pain she provide an excellent service and engaged with conversation with me while was training another employee kept her sense of humor .. is always pleasant to go to this location .. About the services I personally have struggled with acne scars for so many years and in less the a year for the first time I feel comfortable leaving the house without makeup ..I noticed the difference after the 3rd Fraxel treatment and with the sculpture treatments I did my stomach and now my back legs for cellulite is getting better because I'm doing what Carol told me drink water and if I want to get the best results exercise even if is 5min a day so now I do 30 squats in the morning and it's true I started to notice .. I'm in love with Couture! I was skeptical about getting any fillers or Botox because a lot of (uneducated) people talk about both like they're poison. Caroline was amazing at taking the time to explain what the products do, how long they last, what to expect, etc. I got filler in my smile lines and Botox in my forehead, glabella, and crows feet. I'm 21 but inherited my parents insanely active expression lines and my makeup would crease almost immediately after application. As a makeup artist, my face is my best marketing. Caroline was AMAZING and super sweet. I barely felt any discomfort between the numbing cream and her technique. My face is now so much softer and all the lines have smoothened out. People will tell me my face looks smoother and great, but are always so surprised to find out it's from the products. It's tasteful and looks so natural. I just signed up for there membership, and I it!!! Since Couture opened, I have only received injectables and laser hair removal, which I LOVE (check out my picture below for results)!! The nurses always do a professional job making sure my look is natural and not too over the top. This year I've started the membership program so I can get Fractional, Ipl, true sculpt and laser hair removal on a regular basis. My results are quick and effective..ive started Fractional on some deep scars on my body, and after only 2 treatments I see HUGE improvement! Scars are a lot lighter, less noticeable and Flat. To say I was NOT a spa girl is an understatement! That is until I stumbled across Couture Med Spa Winter Park by accident when looking for a groupon for laser hair removal. While there, I saw a sign about their Diamond program which seemed too good to be true. After several visits with Mary answering all of my questions, I joined. The amount of services you can get each month (facial, laser hair removal, IPL, Fractional lasers, B12 injections) for 1 monthly price is ABSURD! I am always looking for a deal, and this was a no brainer. What really sealed the deal for me though, was the staff. Everybody is so friendly and helpful and educational and accommodating. I found out about about Couture Med spa on radio station 101.9. I did My first treatment of tattoo removal 3/7/17 at the Ocoee location and the service was amazing. the girls at the front desk were welcoming and knowledgeable,The facility is huge and very clean which is A+ in my book! one of the girls came over and and put a numbing cream over my tattoo while i was waiting, i also asked them about the membership and how it works. The young lady went and got information for me to keep she went over the membership details,I felt no pressure or pushiness I love that they have a separate area for members with massage chairs. The procedure was quick, it did sting a little but nothing unbearable.. i noticed as the days passed the tattoo got lighter, they also gave me a print out on after treatment care. read more

ABSOLUTELY LOVE ! Once you make your way in the staff is immediately welcoming. The aesthetics of the spa is amazing. I love getting my lasers and botox at couture. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, my first time doing a laser service I was nervous and had tons of questions but the nurse practitioner/Medical assistant answered all my questions without hesitation. I've been seeing a big difference in my veins from receiving the leg vein removal. I have a subscription here and I go between this location and Oviedo - the staff is excellent and if you do have to wait they make it pleasant enough. The salon is always clean and inviting and they try to move you through as fast as possible. The Oviedo location is larger and seems less crowded. I have been using it more but it really comes down to convenience. Their membership is really a great value but you have to remember to use all of the possible treatments and it can get confusing. I recently upgraded to the black diamond so I could schedule all at once. This makes it much easier but I do wish you could do more than one treatment per visit which would cut down on the back and forth. read more

Diane and her team are professional, experts in the field that offer high quality products and services at affordable prices. I was visiting the spa today for fillers and a dash of Botox. It's only been a few hours and I'm already so happy with the results. Upon entry my temp was taken and masks were worn for COVID safety precautions. The spa was, as always, sanitary. I love Couture Med Spa! The office is so cute, welcoming, and just a nice place to be in! The office staff is very helpful too. This is a busy place with lots of clientele, but the staff does a good job in managing their time and trying to keep appointments on schedule. Diane is fantastic - she's very knowledgeable, gentle, and also very kind and funny! I get Botox from Diane on a regular basis and she always does a fantastic job and I consistently am told I look 4-5 years younger than I actually am! Couture also invests in the most current technology in terms of lasers, and the IPL treatments are fast and relatively painless. I would highly recommend visiting this spa! read more

My unlimited contract which by the way was limited ( I learned this after the fact) was cancelled without warning or a pro rated refund. the spa double billed me two months in a row then triple billed me the third time. I have requested a copy of the contract that I never was emailed as promised and still to this day don't have it. Zero stars. My opinion is that you get what you pay for, and its my fault I did not read the contract fully as it contains verbiage that allows Couture to limit the amount of services, even though it says unlimited, cancel without notice, and not refund. I paid for a Groupon for IPL photo facial and was SO happy with my results. Photo facials are only for reversing sun damage so dont think it cures all. I had a big sun spot on my cheek and it is 70% lighter after one treatment. I was encouraged to get the fractional laser treatment for wrinkles, melasma and drooping which would be great except no one told me that fractional laser is a HUGE ORDEAL!! 30 days of red peeling face did not sound doable to me so I cancelled, but with all the deals on IPL, botox, and more I would still give them 5 stars. Wanted to learn more about my skin care and cosmetic options. Had a friend recommend Couture so I decided to stop by one day while in the neighborhood. From walking in you could tell it was a clean, high quality establishment. I got talking to Stef and she explained all my options and answered every question I had, was super friendly, and it was clear that she knew her stuff (Even recommended her personal favorite treatments that she has done and seen results!) LOVE this place!! Diane and her team are EXCEPTIONAL - the best I've ever experienced. They go above and beyond to make sure you're getting the services that are right for you. My last experience like all of my trips to Couture Med Spa was fantastic. The appointment was on time, I always appreciate that because sometimes I sneak appointments in during lunch. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly as always and took the time to make sure they explained all of my next steps to take when I left. The office itself is very comfortable, on weekdays there can be heavy traffic at the winter park location but the service makes up for it. I always enjoy my trip, it's good to take care of yourself and the staff makes it feel like a luxury experience. read more

I've had IPL before. I know what to expect when its being done, afterwards, and the results. I asked to have the setting turned up so I got results. But the tech was not interested in my input and completed the completely ineffective IPL treatment. Waste of time. For my second treatment I was 7 minutes late due to construction on the highway (mind you, it takes over an hour to get there, plus $25+- in gas and tolls). Since they have a "5 minute policy" i was denied my appt and told I had to reschedule. Not acceptable. Don't waste your time and money on this place. read more

I have been to the Oviedo location several times, but decided to visit this location on my way home from work! I didn't have an appointment and I was able to walk right in and only had to wait 10 minutes before being taken back. They let me know there could potentially be a wait due to walking in, which I appreciated. The girls at the front are so friendly and make you feel welcome even without an appointment and Mary who did my treatment made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all of my questions even though I had quite a few.
